Complete Towing and Repair

Got my husband and car home safely after waiting 6 hours for triple A. These guys are great and helped me out fast!

I waited over 3 hours for them, sitting on the side of the interstate. They finally called and had the wrong location. Said he was on his way. Then he turned around and canceled. Never bothered to call and tell me. I'm in a rental and the rental company called to tell me they had canceled. I would NEVER use this towing service!!

This place did a very good tow for me. The driver took extra caution not to damage my new bumper ( the guy who towed it 2 years ago cracked my old bumper). I went home the night before the tow and gave them instructions the next morning for the tow. He got my tow hooks out to get me out from under my trailer and replaced them where they were when he was finished. I was very pleased with the service. I called in a few days later to their dispatch to tell them I was very pleased with the service. I've only used them once but was a great service as far as I'm concerned.

About the towing itself was fine I had to have my car towed to a friends shop. I just got my car back I had emergency cash I kept in my car not much but in came in handy. I went to get some but it was missing. I know the friend didn’t take it and he has always worked on my car and the money was always there.

Headed to North Carolina when my trailer started lurching, brakes on trailer were not working, showing a short, had no lights on my trailer. Limped into parking lot of auto parts store and called around to get some help. Could not find anyone to come out except Complete Towing and Repair. They worked and worked on the wiring on site and then I followed them to their shop. They drove around with me to find the relay (deep in my dash) that was bad. They had a lot on their plate, they don't even really work on non-semi trucks/trailers, but their whole team was very concerned for my situation and stayed with me. These are great guys--extremely knowledgeable, competent, they are craftsmen, and just very good people. The young lady that answers the phone is kind, concerned, genuinely cares about you, and you know from talking with her that you are in good hands. My whole family thanks you, and we will never forget you, Complete Towing and Repair Team. Thank you!

Your employer picked me up last week, pulled out 2 of my axle shafts from my curbside drive because it was easier instead of disconnecting the drive links. Towed me to nearest shop from TA to Fyda Freightliner. I walked inside to check in came back and noticed that your guy did quick on putting everything back together. Didn’t realize that I’m leaking gear oils until few days later by discovering the puddle from my drive area. I inspected the area, front one was replaced with the gasket and the rear was missing an gasket.... Called my maintenance account company and they’ve been trying to get ahold of you. I got fed up from the wait times and discovered that my rear axle shaft plate is damaged.

Very professional and excellent pricing. Had to have my rig and trailer towed at 9pm on a Sunday. I recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

I live locally and have used their towing service on several occasions. They have always been prompt, professional, and took good car of my vehicle. If there is a problem you won't have any trouble getting the owner on the phone and he will make things right.

I had a tow this morning from Bobby I believe his name is. He was very fast, reliable and gave great advice. Great customer service and great conversation. Do recommend for sure.
