Went to 2 other locations for physical and both places were horrible, this place however was great, gave advice on all paperwork i needed for heart doctors and proper paperwork for meds, treated me great no games, will be my got to place in future, cdl drivers come here.

It was my 1st time getting a DOT physical for CDL permit. while I was searching a DOT on Google I found this great place for the best reviews I’ve ever seen. than I went there and got my DOT physical with Dr Howard Fern and everything was just the way everyone feedback. Very highly professional and extremely friendly and a Great staff that makes sure you get through the process quickly. Dr Howard Fern was awesome and courteous, extremely efficient and professional and I would highly recommend everyone to get their DOT with this nice place.

I used to go to one in west Phoenix, it was dirty and so crowded , this time I tried this place , I absolutely love it ! I was having a rough day before I even got here , but the staff were so welcoming and comforting ! The young lady that started the exam was so helpful, the Dr that did the exam really helped , , very friendly ! Informative and Professional, also it was soooo clean here and no big crowd , in and out in less than a hour , the best I've ever been to and so affordable!!!!
