Despite the very beautiful location and view, and I never like to put a bad reviews to any place, but this Utah welcome center/rest area is very unsanitary, no plumbing, no toilet paper! Nothing!! My apologies for the really disgusting images, but I hope someone can see this and fix it!

Truly a good place to stop absolutely beautiful in every way enjoyed every minute of it the little ground squirrels even ate donuts out of my hand

Great rest stop. Had picnic benches and little paths to strech out when you've spent a long time on the road. Really nice views too.
