Have been there twice now. There is a well done taxidermy presentation of local wildlife that is informative, with little learning stations all around. There is an interactive movie you can watch that is fun. They have a large gift shop with about everything you can expect.

I was amazed at how much knowledge and information the building contains.
Staff was very helpful with any questions someone needed answers to.
Well kept inside and out with clean restroom.
We were just in time to see a herd of 27 with 2 bulls in the group come out to graze. Great job to all of the staff

Such a great place to be! Seen a herd of about 30 elk and about a dozen whitetail deer from some of the lookout points. Everyone was very friendly and polite! Will definitely be back to visit

The visitor center is wonderful and gives off a bit of a large cabin vibe, especially with the fireplace inside. The animals and information on display are awesome. The gift shop has a very good selection and everything is reasonably priced.

Enjoyable afternoon weekend trip. Family friendly with lots of activities and exhibits. Great way to learn about Pennsylvania wildlife. I was able to see my fist elk here. Awesome viewing area with the natural beauty as a back drop.

The center is exceptional. It has viewing areas inside & outside for watching elk. I would suggest going in early morning or early evening to view them. They also have exhibits which are well done. Also a very nice gift shop & a discovery area. I would say this is a must see. The scenery is exceptional especial during peak colors of leaves.
