This shop is a real life saver!
I came to here twice in a span of a month: once I needed a new radiator, second time - new DEF pump. Got towed to the shop on Saturday before closing and was out Monday morning with new radiator. Got new DEF pump same day on Sunday! Staff here is amazing: Cary gave me discounts on my parts, Dave worked on my truck twice and did an excellent job.
I worked with Frank and he went above and beyond for me!
They also have huge driver lounge with snacks, drinks, free coffee, laundry and very cozy couches.
I appreciate everything these people done for me and would definitely come to this shop in the future!

Broke down with a brand new cascadia had less than 3000 miles on and had towed in apparently had bad valve stems and a faulty wheel speed sensor in out in 3 days. Not bad for a dealer however the cruise control went out a short time after service. They kept in great communication hope I don’t have to be back but if I do they had good service and the hotel was reasonably priced with shuttle they referred us to.

My personal review as an owner operator, truck driver when I came to Floyd’s truck center in Cheyenne Wyoming I came in for a fuel related problem and other diagnoses that I need it on my truck Frank took care of me very well. Cody took care of me very well as well, and Seth took care of me as well. These guys are awesome. The technician that worked on my truck. Thank you for everything the parts department Cary . Thank you for helping me out with the parts that I needed, thank you again to Floyd Truck center Wyoming for getting me out quick and doing an awesome job

So I can't say how their work is because we didn't get work done but my family who was stranded there like them. One of their "grunt" workers (or whatever term he used) was the sweetest. They were trying to get parts in asap so they could get back on the road. They treated us well.

I am a local Owner-Operator here in Cheyenne. Frank and the weekend crew are AWESOME. Everyone at Floyd's Cheyenne have always been 100% straight-up with me, even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. I don't worry about any B.S. here!!!! As long as I can plan it when I'm home, or limp it in, Floyd's will do the work on my Cascadia. They stand behind their work, and get it DONE when promised or sooner. We are ALL human, and sometimes overlook small details (another poster mentioned), but these folks take a lot of PRIDE in what they do. And THAT, is pretty hard to find now days. WAY TO GO Frank and EVERYONE at Floyd's. BTW.....the GS cookies are...WERE....DELICIOUS :-)

Had our truck towed in on Saturday evening with a fault on auto transmission. They were booked up on Sunday am when I called, but....was told they would try to get it in. When I called back later Sunday to check.. they had it diagnosed and we're already working on swapping the sensors. Great communication. I really appreciated the effort put in.
