I went on a Friday night about 12a. The parking lot was nasty and I almost fell going in the place from the stuff on my boots. I saw a drug deal and a parking lot hustler that went from car to car.

Don't go inside and get something to eat, or even get out of your truck...the geniuses on staff will lie and tow your truck saying it was abandoned. Crooks.
We will be avoiding Pilot/Flying J now with out usually $10,000 plus per month, per truck fuel purchases. And probably save at least 40-50+ cents a gallon now.
On 200 gallons that'll pay for a pretty decent hotel. Their showers, etc just became useless.

Don’t pay for the premium Wi-Fi. My MAC address got banned from the network, don’t even know why. Couldn’t connect to premium network but could use the free network. At least Windows 11 now has random MAC generation so I could reconnect and use the time I paid for… no reason or notification that I was banned from the network, just has shadow banned my MAC.

Don't like leaving bad reviews but, I spent $800+ on fuel and couldn't wash my windshield because not a single island had anything to wash a windshield with. Go inside and the bathroom stall would not lock. The store was clean is the only positive on this stop. As busy as this location is they should be able to afford a squeegee.

TONS of food, some healthy. CAT scale, ATM, lottery, beer, FedEx, UPS, bagged ice, laundry, showers, McDonald's, fresh brewed coffee 24/7, big truck parking lot, driver's lounge w/TV, nice cashiers.
