I didn't find any appointment available online for next 6-8 months. So I went for a walk-in. I saw few more people are waiting as walk-in applicant. One of them told me that they were waiting from 1 pm. I filled up the sign-up sheet which was kept outside the waiting room. The walk-in applicants were called after the applicants with appointment are done. The staffs were very nice and professionally skilled. The interview was smooth.

They have a waiting room with some chairs, but they didn't open it up until around 1pm. Otherwise, the TSA officers were nice and very efficient.

The interview process is really quick and painless. There are only 2 officers performing the interviews. Both were courteous & thorough. Arrived 45 minutes early & because of how quick the process is took me in early. My wife was a walk-in (appointment not til next month), however after the applicants with appointments were taken care of, she was able to have her interview. We were both out by the time I was scheduled to have my appointment even with her having to wait. Worked for us.

Right next to the airport property and as long as you have an appointment, it is pretty quick to get your Global Entry interview done. My wife and I did our interview with two different agents but in the same room. When my wife said we were going on a river cruise in Europe, my interviewing agent said she wants to do one of those so it was a pretty relaxed interview for us. They take your finger prints, scan your passport and before we left we had our confirmation emails and were able to use our known traveler numbers.

I had an interview scheduled for next year, I kept getting online every few hours and checking and one opened up the next week so I got it. The location is easy to get to, plenty of parking and you can go in the doors on 3 sides of the building, once inside its clearly marked where to go. There is no reception to check in at, via a sign it says to sit in this waiting room and someone will be with you at your appointment time. I arrived about an hour early and they saw me 30 minutes early, interview took 5 minutes, was very quick and the officer was friendly but efficient at asking questions and processing my global entry application.
