One star is being too generous but they make you wait in line for 2 and a half hours for a 30 minute line. They get paid too much for their lazy work and attitude.

This border crossing is fast to get into Mexico, but takes forever to get back into the U.S. Moves really slow. Took me 2-3 hours to get back into the U.S. Recommend because it is faster than the Puente Libre . Do not recommend because lines move really slow.

It would be great if the U.S. side would actually be up and running by 6AM. The gates don't open until 6:15 or 6:20... or sometimes even later. If they opened on time and more lanes, they would significantly reduce the wait times and workflow.

Crossing this port of entry going South into Mexico is very easy and fast. However coming back from Mexico to the US using this port of entry could be extremely slow going. I tried to do it on a Friday at 11:15 a.m. and did not make it across the US border until 1:25 p.m.. I suggest crossing the border from the South to the North on a week day other than Friday

Bcuz it's 6:30 in the MORNING & THEY R STILL CLOSED !!!! TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES I DNT THINK SO!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE HERE AT 5ISH foreseeing these issues....NOT AT 6AM
