Their driver picked up my Chevy pick up with a truck camper in the bed of our truck. It also had 5 totes on top. He loaded us up, started driving. One of our propane tanks on top hit the first bridge overpass he went under. The second bridge destroyed all the totes on top of the camper and tore off the luggage rack. Sent our stuff all over the highway. He stopped, said he was sorry for destroying our stuff. Then took off. Now he’s telling our insurance company that they never moved our truck. But the driver’s name is Jackob Minor. He wrote a note that they were going to send out another truck and that he would take pictures. Then he just took off. No other truck from their company came. At least the next company that came out helped us retrieve some of our belongings. Jackob never even offered to help us pick up anything. These guys are a piece of work. They deserve zero stars for poor service and then lying about what happened.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 42 years. The burnt out lady at the front desk was the rudest woman I've ever met in my entire life. We showed up with the money to retrieve our vehicle which they tried to keep the truck. The lady was not younger than me. Your not telling the whole story. I'm positive that she was not even charged with any tickets so whomever gave you your information was wrong. I seen you all are no longer located where you was. Hopefully you crooks are out of business. If not you will be soon with bad customer service skills and ripping people off.. glad to know your a Christian based business because yall need Jesus good thing he forgives

Our trailer air lines froze up. Called many Roadside service repairs at 7am on Sunday. Either they didn't pick up the phone or they wouldn't start work until 8am. Called this company and the husband and wife came in 30min and got the job done and fast! Talking to them, I learned they are big animal lovers and rescue dogs and keep them! Good honest people. I will definitely use them again and again!

We were heading towards Texas from Minnesota when we ran out of fuel, we first called the OHP and they were unable to help due to the gas can the officer had brought. We had the pleasure of meeting James, who made sure we were safe and had plenty of fuel to make it to the next gas station. He even directed us in the correct direction and informed us on how to get back. He was cheerful, respectful, polite, and very caring. He did an excellent job and after waiting on the side of the road for two hours he was the best one they could’ve sent. He does an awesome job and is real nice and friendly definitely makes a stressful situation a little better. Thank you for your time, and effort and assistance. We know your job is not always easy but we appreciate you, and all you do!

Went to rent a trailer from their U-haul, I stood there for 10 mins nobody would look me in the eye or acknowledge my existence. I left and bought a trailer so I wouldn't ever have to vist this place again. If I could give negitive stars I would... actually -5/5 stars.

Last week I broke down on the side of the road and Patrick along with another one of his employees stopped to see if I was okay. Due to extraordinary circumstances, my situation was horrible to say the least for me. However, Patrick being the gentleman that he is helped me with no questions asked. Patrick was so nice to stop and help us when our vintage jaguar stopped and wouldn’t start again. He helped us troubleshoot the problem (intermittent electrical) and also helped us get a trailer and truck so we could drive our car back home so our mechanic could work on it. He even got us drinks while we waited!
