HealthWorks WNY

Had a friend come here for his new job pre employment screening, he had a 1:40 PM appointment got here at 1:25 PM so he could fill out paperwork. Almost 2 hours later they bring him back mind you multiple people came and went before him. While I sat in the car waiting for him with a broken patella. If we would have been aware an appointment means nothing at your establishment we would have made other arrangements for me not to come. Edit I gave them one more star because I received a phone call from the office manager who explained and ensured me this was because of miscommunication and they apologized stating this is not the level of service they aim to provide.

I was a half hour early to my apt. I sat for 30 min in the waiting room. I was taken to the exam room for my DOT physical and waited over an hour to be seen. I would recommend not scheduling a DOT physical here.

For the love of all that is good, do NOT go here unless you absolutely have to. By far the worst healthcare service I've ever dealt with, and that's saying something considering my former primary lied to my face and said I didn't have cancer. I called this place because I needed 3 tests done. I asked on the phone if I could do all 3 on the same visit. They said no. I come in and they say "Gee, if you would've came in earlier, you could've done all 3 tests today." (!!!???) I had to come in 3 separate times for these tests. All 3 times I sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Nearly all the staff seems like they don't care about anything going on. The last test I did, the nurse must've stuck me in the wrong spot, because she basically squeezed my arm to make sure enough blood was drawn. My arm was sore for several days after. My results took so long that I had to delay starting at my new job. It's so lackadaisical and awful. They really should change the name to HellWorks.

Sat in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time was supposed to be. Noticed on the sign in sheet I was the only one with an appointment at that time and still sat around for over an hour. Why my new job chooses to use HealthWorks WNY as the place to get preemployment testing? No clue. However, the people working the front desk were kind and they seemed to be on top of things. It’s whoever is working in the back that seems to take their good old time.

Great. Busy. Outstanding service. Somewhat spacious. Seemed very clean. Safe. Lots of parking. Plowed and shoveled. Located on Sheridan Drive near Colvin Ave next to Rite Aide.
