Very nice cheap hotel, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly only detail was people smoking "cigars" in the back so i would use front entrance always

I had to attend a funeral of a 20 year old relative, and had to book a room somewhere on short term. I quickly realized that rooms were not available because Garth Brooks was in town on the Saturday of the funeral. I arrived on Thursday before, and as soon as I walked in, I knew this was going to be a nasty place. But, I was greeted by a very nice lady at the desk, who was sweet, and I think her name was "Branca". She made me think I should give it a chance. But then I went to the room and it was to say the least, a dump. On top of that, I was charged, not 85 dollars but 300 dollars on the last day of my stay. Because Garth was in town. She even apologized. She felt bad for me, and that was the only good thing I can say about this. OH, the Indian lady, who "cleans" the hotel, was there each morning, knocking and wanting to "clean" the room, but was put out each time. She was a true turn off. On the last day, she was there at 11- "check out time", which I told her, I was ready more than ever to get out. There were roaches everywhere in this hotel. I could not believe how rampant they were. Cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom as if they had once used the bath room back in the day for smoking rooms. I did not smell smoke, I smelled Nasty!

SUPER SKETCHY. Room was horrible. Everything was broken from the lights next to bed (broken jagged plastic light covers) could easily have hurt a child. patch jobs all over the walls, flimsy flat hard pillows, garbage under the bed, stains on the sheets. DIRTY. Sketch people hanging outside. I didn't feel safe. So do NOT stay here unless you want to feel the adrenaline of danger. Lbs. I'm APPALLED I spent 80 on this room. It's not even worth 30 bucks.

This hotel is a dump, I checked out a day early. It's raggedy to say the least, no breakfast, no pool. It reeked of mildew, suspicious characters, lurking in the area. Sheets had holes, cigarette burns everywhere. The only good thing about it is. The hotel clerk was really a nice lady. False advertising to say the least. Avoid this one if you will.

Room was wonderful. My wife and I had a great wknd and can't wait to do it again

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only light switched that worked was the one in the bathroom. The bathroom floor had cracks in the tile and a hole in the wall and there was some type of cigarette burn or something on the toilet seat. The tv didn’t work and when we called downstairs to let them know, we got no respond. Also even tho this was a smoke free room the room still smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was not even in the room, it was unplugged and no where to be found. TERRIBLE!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Hotel smelled like mildew. The a/c in our room was covered in mold. The smoke detector in our room was ripped out of the ceiling. We could hear the guest above us walk around. The walls are very thin, you could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms. Staff were nice. This hotel was not worth 135.00 a night. Yes 135.00 a night. It was a game night for LSU.

If I could post the picture I would! Room #316 HORRIBLE! Sheets were dirty with cigarette burns in the sheets. The room smelled really bad. Worst room ever!! Dust everywhere and the clock was broken.

If I had the option to give it a zero, I would have! This is literally the worse place to stay at. As you walk into the doors of the hotel, they are are nasty! This hotel offers a pool, instead you get a grassy patch where the pool was, and some random bbq grills. But, there are no tables nor chairs to use if you choose to BBQ. As we opened the door to our room, we were greeted with a large dead cockroach and a stained nasty carpet. The bathroom was gross, and had no toilet paper. The room made you feel dirty and it was gross. So gross, that we left. We are in the process of getting to get out money back. If you are not picky, and don't care about filth, this is the place for you!!!

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This one was one of the worst. It’s clear they have given the place a face lift. The bed sheets had cigarette burns on them. Bathroom towels were disgusting and bathtub barley drained. Breakfast was seriously lacking and unmaintained. The hotel from the elevator, to our room stunk of Weed. Clearly management and staff does not care what is going on at this location. I will not stay again and differently wouldn’t recommend it to anybody!
