In early July I paid full price for 3 nights and was charged a fee for my service animal.. even though this is against ADA and federal law, I paid and decided to take up the issue with Wydham later. I called and was given a free night and I had to reschedule once an when i came to check in i was told that somehow they weren't beholden to this agreement and that i rescheduled three times (NOT TRUE) and not only that but they can't even tell me the dates or anything at all because they have no record in their system.. they have no record but they can guarantee this happened which negates their agreement to address prior grievances?
Besides all that, their breakfast is ridiculous and sad and their remotes didn't work for the tv..
Woke up to a bed bugs crawling on the cover. Then the fitted sheet hqd blood from what appeared to be someone's hand in more than one spot to the point it had soaked through to the mattress cover. Pretty sure they had not been changed before out arrival. Wouldn't suggest this location.
The cleaning-products-trying-to-cover-up-other-smells smell when you walk through the door is immediately off putting. The towels looked dirty and the floor had this weird /slippery residue that made me super uncomfortable. Almost went and slept in my car instead.
Place smelled awful, the room was nowhere even clean, noticed stains around the room and bathroom. Saw a roach wandering around. Overall it wasn’t a good experience, then again super 8 is really living up to their reputation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Left with what looked like bed bug bites so I got that to deal with
So many homeless people that are around the hotel. A ton of crackhead looking guests who live there. The employees were nice the room is to be expected for $50 a night. I paid cash so that was a plus. I can't say I'll stay again but my stay wasn't horrible.
Had the room for 2 hours when we found a bed bug. Until they do extermination of some kind, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Other than that, we had no complaints.
Dirty, horrible customer service, questionable folks hanging out all night long in the parking lot and the staff treat you like you're a problem. They will also try everything they possibly can to try and keep your deposit. So be careful with that too.
Worst place to stay in. Room was disgusting. Smelled disgusting. Floors were dirty. Front desk night manager very rude. Could see daylight all around entry door. Ceiling was fixed with cardboard in multiple places. Towels weren’t clean looking. Even found a screw on the bed. Could hear everything going on in the rooms next door. Man on floor above would come out and watch every time we would leave or come to the room. Not worth risking someone breaking in and stealing your stuff. Would not recommend staying here. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner with better customer service.
Room was terribly dirty. Ceiling tiles broke out and cardboard was stuffed in the holes for repair. Man in room above us (225) would come outside and creepily look at us every time we came or left- could see inside his room and it appeared he lived there. This place is a no for me. Never stay here.
The place could use some cleaning outside. Outside of one was room was a huge pile of trash. I didn't know if some people live here full time but the amount of trash was unbearable. And the hall way looks like they have not been swept in a few days, a lot leaves in side. The dust inside the room was unreal, huge crack in door frame. Had a hard time adjusting heater temperature. management needs to keep things a little cleaner.
