The location was fine as it was near the airport. The room was what we expected for a low budget hotel. No surprise or frustration. Just average. We were very frustrated with the shuttle system. We got a shuttle to the airport and asked about a parking permit or how to get a shuttle after we return. The worker said that we were fine and not to worry about it. When we arrived and called they asked us about a parking permit. We were confused and they were occupied with asking about the permit and our booking which they could not find. It took us 30-45 minutes for them to come pick us up after our exhausting flight. They did eventually come pick us up but very frustrating experience.

"Pet friendly" scam! After booking and arriving, I told the guy that we have 2 dogs. He immediately told me that he has no rooms for me because we have 2 dogs. They only allow one dog. This is ONLY stated under their hotel policies, but they are listed as pet friendly on multiple sites and their own website. So if you are looking to stay here with more than one pet, think again.

The overall time spent there was a nice one. They were all really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was not very good but it did fill you up. Otherwise everything else was good.

One of the worst places I have stayed and I’ve stayed in a fair share of hotels. Definitely on the top 3 worst for sure. The front desk was beyond rude when we got there, finally when we got into our room the fridge didn’t work at all and smelt like death. The rooms were out dated. When we went to check out the guy at the front desk started harassing us because of my service animal and was refusing to give us our deposit back. Finally he would only give us half after forcing me to show him paper work for her. Which I do not have to do. My fiancé ended up leaving something in the room and when we called up there they were rude again saying they did not find nothing in the room. He even went back up there still nothing. Even tho we searched all of our stuff, the truck never found it. 👎

The hotel is a little dated and maybe a little rundown, but the staff was more than accommodating. We had 20 people stuck at the airport in Kansas City at 1:30 in the morning. One man was running the front desk and running the shuttle. He managed to get all of us here (in 3 trips) and in a room as quickly and efficiently as he could. Thankfully, we were all able to sleep in a pretty comfortable bed and get some rest before we head back to the airport this morning.

It's a little ratty. But it's cheaper, so...
They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour, which i appreciated. It's about 10 minutes from the terminals.

Don’t stay here. We booked 2 rooms and they refused to check us in. The charged my card for 3 nights and charged us 2 cancellation fees. Dreadful experience. The night manager literally yelled at us. They refused to give us rooms and charged us for them. So now we are out $500 and we don’t have a room. Horrible experience. Awful customer service.

We were frustrated to find urine odor on pillow and sheets clear through to the mattress. We changed them ourselves and reported condition of bed. Front desk clerk's response was the room was cleaned just today. Freezer was moldy. We were reduced to putting our items in a plastic bag first to store them in there. Breakfast was the best part of the stay

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! It's really sad to have to write a review like this but people shouldn't be treated the way the staff treats its customers! They're so many things wrong with this hotel I'm surprised it stays open. All they care about is money! Being overcharged, then have two other charges show up on my bill which is so insane and discussing with this so called owner is down right criminal. It was so bad I was given a complete refund and I'm filing complaints with the city and the police for fraud. Do not stay here!! You've been warned. Dirty, smelly, rude and downright should be shut down.
