The first room they gave us was not cleaned, found food in fridge, toilet looked like someone just used it, smelled really bad. Beds half made. The second room was better, alittle, you could tell the sweeper must have been full not cleaning floor very well. When we would leave we had to remember to pull up on handle or the door could be bumped really hard and pop open. The elevator was very jerky and would make bad sounds, like it wanted to stop, used stairs the rest of time there. Staff didn't seem to happy to be working there.

Nice hotel I would recommend. Nice continental breakfast. I only had one problem. I tried reaching the front desk around 11pm. I called and called. I even called customer service who said they were unable to reach the local front desk. Finally, I had to physically walk downstairs and ring the front desk bell and the front desk lady appeared from the back. She was polite and able to resolve my problem. Otherwise..my hotel experience was good.

Horrible! All Staff lives here with their families which isn't a bad thing but they think they own the place. They speak to people how ever they feel like. One of the Staffs boyfriend or husband sits outside in their car every day waiting on her to get off work and watching her. Waiting on that to end in a bad way. Next domestic violence case will be at your motel. Beds are stripped and not made back. All time horrible experience

Immediately entering the hotel it spelled like marijuana. The rooms are outdated, the carpet is very old and kind of gross. There was stuff all over the walls that could have been cleaned. The bathroom was nasty. The beds were not bad, comfy enough. The breakfast was not bad. The orange juice was disgusting though and there employee only room was open letting you see how disgusting that room was. Would not stay here again. I wish I would have checked reviews before booking, because I would have chose something better.

Our family of 3 spent a long weekend at this hotel in Michigan City, IN. From the moment we walked into our room there was disappointment around every corner. First, our room wasn’t clean. There was food and debris on the floor, the air conditioner unit was covered in dust and the pull out couch was covered in stains. I immediately went to the front desk. The solution was for me to clean it myself, which I did. Second, the A/C struggled to work and after a couple hours we had to get a fan to help circulate the air in our room. This lasted for two days before the A/C tuckered out completely on day #3. Along with shutting down, this unit was leaking on our room floor, the solution to that was an arm full of towels they provided to line our floor with (we weren't set to check out for another 24 hours). Back to that stained couch. This was actually a pull out which allowed our room to sleep 4. That is, if there were any sheets, pillows or blanket provided. These also had to be retrieved from the front desk. Additional speed bumps such as an unheated pool and breakfast that was beyond disappointing (milk and juice machines were both down) were par for the course for this hotel stay. The only positive feature with our room was the size. The large room and spacious bathroom has such potential. Long story short, the hotel is understaffed. Which lead to dirty rooms, unserviced equipment, poor customer service and overall bad experiences.

The hotel property is decent, and I had no issues with it. My issues are with the manager Eric. I booked my trip through Priceline and when reviewing my credit card statement saw that the hotel had charged me for the room as well. I spent the last two weeks trying to get Eric to return my call and also had Priceline intervene.... they tried to contact him three times he would not take the calls and always made excuses and never returned their calls. Finally I had to resort to calling my credit card company and explaining the situation to them, and they then reversed the charges to take care of me , their customer. I travel a lot and there are shady people out there like Eric that try to slip these charges in knowing full well what they're doing. A note to Travelers never use a debit card when you're traveling your credit card company will fight for you and you can use that leverage to deal with people like Eric. I'll definitely never stay there Again, and will be contacting the BBB as well.

Beds were comfy. Standard breakfast. Room size was great. Price was right. Good for a night or two. Coffee in the room was really bad but better than nothing. A/C too loud. They need new ones. Water pressure could be better.

Location: Close to interstate so decent for a stop over; I would recommend another Hotel if staying for more than 1 night. Front Desk: Kind and Attentive Room: Dirty, carpets and sofa look like they have never been cleaned. Wyndham should invest in a vacuum cleaner, absolutely disgusting. Breakfast: Coffee was good, juice was good...The other stuff (eggs, sausage, pastries) looked gross. All and all: I would never stay here again

The hotel in itself was pretty clean. The front desk staff was also helpful. The sausage on the breakfast bar for 3 mornings straight was HORRIBLE!!!! Please try another brand. Front desk staff stated every 2 days it would be different. NOT!!!! Monday Tuesday and Wednesday it was the same. Thursday it was sausage and gravy with biscuits. Biscuits were mostly hard. Sausage gravy not bad at all. The elevator didn't work properly from Sunday to Friday. Wednesday through Friday it was being repaired and worked off and on. Friday when we checked out it was down. The elevator was a BIG problem. We had to take steps to carry out all of our belongings. You actually had to push the door to make it close. Otherwise you'd just be standing there with no movement. Not good in my opinion. Lastly the phone in the room was inoperable as well as the iron. When I approached the desk about the phone he just gave excuses stating something about data which I didn't understand. The phone had no working cord and the alarm clock/radio was not plugged up and working either. Desk staff however did bring a working iron but at that point I was disgusted. With all that said I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great place for a stop at our hallway point to our vacation spot. Boys loved the pool and loved the breakfast before we got back on the road! Beds were very comfortable and loves the little window seat. Definitely would stay there again.
