It was a good location and quite. Even with the room being directly across from the elevator we were not able to hear any noise outside the room. Linens and towels were clean and well maintained.
I will say that the room was hot when we first got in and didn't cool down to a tolerable temp until the middle of the night. The room had an odor as if someone had smoked in it but that was mitigated with a candle. The mattress was VERY firm and not comfortable for me as a prefer something softer. The site noted that the would be a microwave and mini fridge in the room but there was none so leftovers that we had spoiled and had to be thrown out.

Our room wasn't clean at all!! There were things left in the fridge, and the pull-out bed wasn't changed,, and the a/c didn't work. However, the staff was very nice and made sure we were upgraded and in a new room quick.

The staff was incredible! From the front desk to the wonderful people who cleaned the rooms. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived. We were traveling from Georgia, so when I had looked up the room on booking.com i was so nervous the microtel would be a dump, considering how low the price was compared to the hotels surrounding this one. But it was the complete opposite. Everything about this hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was amazing, the lobby and rooms were so clean, the beds were comfortable, any questions we had was responded to in the nicest of manners. I highly recommend this place! You won't find anything else this nice for the money you spend.

Very nice room for the money! Great location - just around the corner from my Daughter's Apt. Had troubles with the AC staying on but the staff readily assisted. I would stay here again.

First time staying at a Microtel Suites, but very impressed with the room and it's facilities! Even has a cushioned window seat, a nice little bar area with sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Has a very large desk and drawer combo with two seating areas and multiple charging station and very large bathroom with corner shower. Only negatives were the bed was a little too firm to be totally comfortable, and breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal, and mostly carbs( only protein provided was yogurt)! Otherwise, very happy with the facilities for the reasonable price. I would stay here again when in the area.

In its price range, this is a nice place.
It was clean, and comfortable, and it does have Queen beds (we were shocked to learn the nearby Wingate only has Full size!).
Has one computer in the lobby for use, and a very limited Continental Breakfast. There is essentially NOTHING available that is Gluten Free, when it would be so easy to choose a cold cereal that is already gluten free (such as Rice Chex or Cheerios). Also not kept well stocked when there's not a crowd eating, fruit ripeness is highly variable, etc.
Wish the pool was heated ... it's Texas, so it's not THAT big a deal, surely?
Staff members we had dealings with were excellent. We will probably stay here again when life brings us back to this area.

Clean rooms! Great water pressure, large room, comfortable bed. This is my favorite hotel in the Austin area! Wish they had eggs, sausage and bacon on their breakfast bar. Staff was friendly and attentive.
