2.5 stars no microwave, no refrigerator, elevator is SLOW, toilet flushes terribly you have to keep your hand on the knob to make it flush all the way, the television is up high on an armoire and there’s a divider type piece coming from the wall so when you turn the television if your sleeping in the far other end of the room you can not get a good view of the television. They offer complimentary breakfast. Ample parking lot. Spots are narrow and tight so when people park carelessly they get to close to your car making it almost impossible to open the door.

The staff was AMAZING. The rooms are ok. There was a stain on the sheets. Thank GOD I bring my own sheets. And the 3nights I stayed there I was killing spiders. They were all over. I'm very scared of bugs so I couldn't sleep the whole time knowing there wad spiders in the room and bathroom. The first place I saw them was on the towels when I first got there. Then on the desk then by the phone and then on the pillow. I did not sleep at all. You guys need to really bomb that place. Nobody should have 2 go through that. The outside grounds was kept nice. The breakfast was good. And again the staff was AMAZING

No fridge. (Not a big deal for one night). For some reason had a handicap accessible room I did not ask for. Very spacious, not sure if regular rooms are similar size. Beds comfortable. Room very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast.

Wow what a great find, amazing comfortable new beds. Microwave and fridge in room. Super soft towels, good hot water pressure. Helpful friendly staff. Very clean place. I cannot stress how much I love the bed. More comfortable than much fancier places I've ever been.

Nice place, one of the only places around that will take 18 year olds. Nice quality rooms and kind staff. Kids running around the halls at 11pm but that isn't the hotels fault.

Stayed here many times. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are very clean and cozy. The pillows and beds are very comfortable. Great price! Shuttle every 15 minutes to Mohegan Sun Casino. (1.8 miles away.) Which is very convenient!! If your a winner at the casino you are a double winner staying at the Microtel.

Good hotel and rates are reasonable and competitive. The gentleman at The front desk helped with our check in and was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time that I've stayed here in the last 7 years and it was very good both times, I recommend Microtel Inn.

Front desk Manager Liz was very helpful with everything and extremely nice. Staff was nice and very helpful also with getting clean linen. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Highly recommend.

The room had a smell that was over powering, almost like a cover scent for something. Decided to just leave and drive home Vs staying. I do have to say the staff was super friendly and it was really close to Mohegan Sun. Would definitely check the room in advance for sure.

I having been staying at this hotel long-term, for over a month now. It is by far a better than 2-star hotel. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful and polite. They all know me by name and greet me daily upon each interaction. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms have exceptional amenities; to include: a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, coffee pot, hairdryer, safe, pull out sofa bed, living room space, desk/work area, etc. You will not be disappointed by staying here.
