I've worked at CS for over 18 yrs w/Mid South. Best company I've ever worked for. They actually care about the employees and go above and beyond for them. We have alot of great drivers that have even been there longer than me! We work hard to get the drivers home every weekend or when needed. If they need to run more, we accommodate that too. I appreciate all my great drivers that strive to keep our customers/brokers happy.

I quit MST after a total of almost 14 years I found better opportunities that suited my needs the best, I think MST was a great company and for drivers that want to be home and close this would really suit you! MST did go out of there way to cater to the drivers in any way, but David Doyal you can't ask for a load to California to deliver on Friday and want to be home same day Friday, but I'm not on here to argue with a disgruntled driver who quit multiple times and was hired back to do the same thing again, facts are they're trying make money also, I would recommend any driver to MST, IF your a good driver you'll get anything you want within reason, if you had problem open door policy all the way up to the President so 5 star review any good driver would be asset and most would enjoy the atmosphere!!!

Typical trucking company. Very high turn over rate simply because they are dishonest dont get you home like they say. The job dose have potential if they would just learn to be honest and quit thinking they are better and superior to drivers . I did make a descent living but was always delevering so far away from house on friday usally didnt get home till sat and have to leave sunday nite or early monday morning. Wendy one load planner always gives you a 7 am appoitment and tells you if your late its a hundred dallor fine then when you get there its a first come first serve appoitment and Rob ( who swore he would never lie to a driver ) when i told him what happened said they do that to make the driver work harder to get there and that made it ok to lie. Ill be called a liar by upper management but thats ok all you got to do is go to work here and youll see who is lieing and i promise it wont take long. The bad part about this is how they brag they are christians and run the company with christian values. I learned a long time ago if a trucking co when you first get there are telling you they are a christian company you better run and this is a classic case because if these people are christians thank god im not one. Now you can make money and do okay here but if you want honesty and home time dont apply here .

Awesome company love the ppl.Awesome owner safety man Sean and Great dispatcher but I prefer to be on Jody's board we just hit off from start it's good to work with a company that has your back and if you got a question they are good to help you with it

I have worked for mid South going on nine years. It has been one of the greatest experiences in trucking I have ever had. My coworkers have become friends and family. Where else can you work and have that environment.The pay is good management is great. I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to work with this company.

Mid south Transport is a driver friendly place and the safety manger is cool as a fan in 100 degree weather

I have filled out applications for them like 3 times. I have no accidents nor speeding tickets I have the years of experience but I always get an email saying they are not offering me a position. I'm starting to think something

Like another reviewer from a month ago, I called and left a voicemail but yet to get a call back. I went ahead and did an intelliapp application and still no response. Driver pulse says they received my application 5 days ago and my status was changed 3 days ago. No information on what my status was changed to and zero communication.

Good people, fast unloading & loading, wish all the places we go would be like here!!

I haven't worked for thos company, but I can't get in touch with a recruiter either I have called for 3 days I also have left messages and no one has called me back. I will change this rating after someone calls me. Thanks
