To be honest with you, I have worked with a lot of Trucking Companies, but this Place is better for me to stay and feel loved, I shake hands with almost everybody when am around the office at Lenexa KS even the owners are so humbled and the Operations Manager also an awesome guy, nobody sees your faults rather they see your potentials and make you feel at home!!! For mileage you will have enough miles to run , for the lease program is one of the best though I just enter it today! But drivers told me how friendly it is come and see yourself! I was looking for a driving position when I contacted them, after a few questions I learned that they limit where a driver can get fuel. Only Love's, as an experienced driver you know what kind of headache this can be! I tried to explain my point with the person I was texting with ( Because they never answered the phone) and in a text I was told, as a company driver I didn't matter! They only care about their own bottom line. So be for warned if you plan on applying with this company on how you will be treated!

When you quit, because you found something better. I am not sitting waiting for any loads now and I am driving 3000 miles plus a week, unless there's a holiday during the week. How long does it take to get your check that they owe you ?

All they did is lie and then when u quit them they get mad and put lies on your dac so you wouldnt be able to get another job. Out of 25 years of driving this is the worst company i have ever drove for!!!! And they have there fav drivers if you like your nose up there butt your there fav i was not fired i quit do to there lies ow and there mechanic wow all i can say is wow. He is a friend of the owners he isnt a truck mechinic he is a car mechanic so that should tell you about there equ

I just started orientation so far and it's pretty cool. You can run 2 weeks and be home for 2-3 days or you can stay out longer. There a nice company so far.
