So Hi everyone today was a good day for zipp transportation. Today was the last day for my insurance didn't have no money to coverage But insurance Jesus Btett came through for me.. My company was going through a bit of hardship went through 3 trucks and in 3 months all the money I made on side of the road. Couldn't make insurance payment things got out of hand Where I just couldn't keep up. But Out of know where God-bless me with a new truck and at the time my insurance was running out the same day which is today. But Brett spent his own time on the phone with me and progressive for over hours to get them to not to cancel my insurance today and give me an extension until Monday but God-bless my company through Brett and Mary Jesus. I worked at Cover Me Ins for about a month and a half I hope this review helps future hires get a glimpse when considering this place of employment. I looked for reviews on glassdoor or Indeed and was unable to find them. I am unsure but highly suspicious that this was intentional. I worked there as a producer, the interview process was quick, initial phone call and an in-person interview. During the in person interview I sat down for 10-15 minutes with 2 producers. It seemed like a very fast pace environment, very busy, it was something I was looking for. The owner and I spoke about pay, it wasn’t the best, but he agreed to work with me and we came to an agreement. In my first few days, I noticed the employees would often get frustrated with clients, they handle all paper files, & there is no centralized system/ data base for all clients. My training consisted of sitting with various other producers to guide me through. Some were very, very nice, helpful. Some were easily frustrated and did not like to repeat themselves. Given the time they have been in business, I was very shocked to find out they have not invested time in their training procedures. There is nothing, not even a simple description. They do have the phones ringing off the hook; they market under the multiple companies (each with their diff phone number), Cover Me Ins (retail agency), NITIC & CHIC (Insurance Companies). The same person can call multiple times (minutes apart) and speak with different producers, thinking they are calling different companies, so multiple producers may be competing for the same client. One day I spoke to the same person 3-4 times, as a new lead, after taking down his name, I confirmed it was the same individual. Should he have been taken by another producer, who knows how much time all of us could have invested into the same client before realizing this. Commission roll is another area that needs major improvement. The person handling a portion of this is in a different state. Again, no procedures as to how this is handled, which causes confusion. The process consisted of sending a copy of the files to this individual. In my personal experience, I had sent files to this individual and the person claimed not to have received them, so they would wait for it and if not received no commission could be paid. Not sure if the files did not get through completely, or what was the case because the person claimed to have missing information that I had sent and could see on my sent email. There is no system where all documents are stored, this is 100% paper files. The person handling this portion of commissions also quotes?. It appears multiple people have multiple roles, which creates chaos. They have a person clean every day, but it’s not quite as in-depth cleaning. I personally noticed a lot of dust, the walls of the stalls in the ladies’ room showed poor maintenance. The toilet paper receptacles are broken. The sinks don’t drain properly. They have 1 very small fridge in the first floor which does not accommodate for the staff they have and a mini fridge in the lunch area in the second floor, to me it appears they don’t really care to invest in a decent work environment for their employees. Internal communication feels as if they are speaking to employees like they are little children. Very much a micromanaged environment. Their training technique (if it can be called that?) is letting the person make mistakes (that can easily be avoidable with proper training) and later scolding them about the mistake they made. Initially I thought it was a learning curve for me, but that is not the case. After experiencing all of this, I understand why people would often feel frustrated and this would in return be passed on to clients. The pay is also not great. For the number of roadblocks created by the poor management of the company, it is not worth it.

Non-stop harassment from these people. I get calls, texts and tons of physical trash in my mailbox taking up precious space for business checks. After many attempts to have this badgering stopped...it continues. I've contacted the authorities as a last measure. It's clear these "reviews" here are fake. I'm NOT a customer. That's the problem! Stop calling, texting, emailing and physically mailing me trash! Photo below is from JOHN MADSEN who was kind enough to text me on a SUNDAY interrupting my quality time with family and the other one is one of the MANY pieces of trash cluttering up my physical mailbox from National. My mailbox is for CHECKS not trash. I've tried numerous times to have this resolved. The FTC has been notified.

Jon was extremely kind and honest when quoting me on a truck I own. As I needed this done with urgency, Jon was the only insurance agent who would give me a quote this past Sunday. Perhaps he was a bit too honest, however the rate was extremely fair and I'd recommend NITIC to anyone. Especially if you need it done quickly!
