Mr Awesome for NORTH AMERICAN TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC
This is the worst company to work for in South Florida multiple people I know have worked their. Very very bad company. From 10 years ago till now they are still scammers and will make the truck drivers work like slaves and lie to the drivers, take away their miles, lie about bonuses. You basically are a slave to them, nothing more then an object. Stay away from these thieves....

Wanda Neuman for NORTH AMERICAN TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC
This is the company that delivers for IKEA in Florida. IKEA doesn’t provide a way to contact the trucking company about a delivery so I had to look them up. When you place an order there’s a box to write if there are any delivery restrictions where you live. I live in a condo that does not allow deliveries past 4:00pm, so that’s what I wrote, and have also written in the past when placing an order. It simply says the delivery will occur between 9-5 and that the trucking company will call the night before to give you a 4 hour window. In the past I have had them attempt a delivery after the time allowed, security wouldn’t let them in, and I had to reschedule the delivery. This time I got just a text saying the delivery will be between 9am and 9pm. Why ask about restrictions if they’re going to be ignored? I found and called the number for NA Logistics and began by saying that I’m calling about a delivery from IKEA scheduled for tomorrow. I repeated this and the man didn’t know (or pretended not to know) what I was talking about. The few things he said made no sense. I don’t even know if he was speaking English. So I have no way to communicate with them and all I can do is hope I’m lucky enough that they’ll deliver early in the day. Otherwise I’m in for a potentially endless series of rescheduling deliveries because my restrictions were ignored.

This company has gone from bad to worse they guarantee miles and when it's time to pay they always have an excuse why not to pay. I never received my bonus for my 90000 miles . When you work with these types of people that have no word , integrity, or care in the world to screw over the little man run stay away from this company. Be safe out there driver'sAnd I have met a few of there driver's on the road and two of them are coming to work where IAM at now for a 1$ a mile. They were the ones informing me of there present situation. It's funny how In the response they don't deny not paying me what was owed to me . Doesn't matter when my last date of employment was still no shame in not paying your drivers what is owed to them. And you guys are not even denying it.What a shame. You driver's want a great company come to motor cargo 1$ a mile no east coast no California minimum$2000 week tell them I sent you. My first paycheck was 2700$

Do not work for this company they do W-2 trucks governed at 65 MPH and will not make money there their trucks have outside/inside 24/7 video and audio recording illegaly violating peoples right do not work for them everything its a Lie and last they do not pay layover

This is the best company to work for. I have been working as an owner operator for 2 years and i can tell you they have all been awesome. My payment is always on time, i have loads anytime i want to work and the support is unmatched. There is no other company as good as this one. I can blindly recommend them.

This is a great company. The equipment they have is brand new and they bring new trucks constantly. They have great driver managers that are always willing to help you while on the road. If you have a maintenance problem they help you and send you road service or find you a shop to fix the problem. They always pay on time and the miles are good. They care about your safety and will never ask you to run illegal. Every employee treats drivers with respect and it feels like a big family.
