Bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was no soap available in the men's bathroom. I understand that this location sees a high volume of travelers, but there is no excuse for soap being unavailable.

Spuds II for Pilot Travel Center
Welcome to Misery! Welcome Professional Drivers! The words Filthy and Deplorable don't even begin to describe what I just saw, the place is just nasty dirty. I always love it when I see the shower towels being used to sop up the spills on the floor of the store. Knowing full well those bacteria ridden towels are going to be 1/2 laundered with the other towels, and stuck placed in the showers. They've go two clowns walking around in green vests, who I presume are there to maintain the the cleanliness. But they're just f-ing around. If you're from a third world country this is probably a five star stop.

What can I say. Typical of today's Pilot/Flying J. Washrooms are disgusting, coolers are half empty and the wifi doesn't work. I pay annually for the premium and this was the first time in months going to a Pilot/Flying J because I wasn't getting what I paid for. My mistake for thinking things had improved. Love's and Road Ranger are your best bets if you're looking to connect while out on the road, and without an upcharge. Connections are solid and speeds are always good there, but not here. Buyer beware as they don't refund for lack of services, they'll only give you a 24 hour extension and a "I'm sorry for your bad experience" spiel when you call customer care. Looks like they'd better put the old "Our wifi is a joke" signs back up. I'm judging by the lack of responses to others reviews I've seen that the company just doesn't care.

The showers need to be deeply cleaned. Pretty sure I saw mold in mine. But the nastiness of the store doesn't stop there as it seems the whole store could use a deep clean. It's disappointing to see when so many other Pilot locations are much better kept up. While the employees were somewhat nice I did get the feeling that they couldn't care less about what was going on in the store. Management really needs to do a better job about teaching customer service and how to properly clean.
