When paying at the pump my credit card was charged for the gas I bought and then separately was charged $151.00!! After a conversation with the attendants inside they explained it was a temporary hold that should fall off within a few hours and the only way to avoid it is to pay inside. Temp holds at gas stations are pretty standard, but I'd never seen one for that much. Otherwise, it's a nice, clean place right off the interstate with friendly staff. Lots of amenities and a Denny's is attached.

Worst Flying J I've been too. No one greets you. Everyone moves lethargic like they hate their job and life. These women seem miserable here..No one asks if you want to use your points on your purchase.. Just overall avoid this location...Really unfortunate and sad but now I understand why they call this place Misery instead of Missouri. The whole store has very low vibes.

One of the nastiest flying J I’ve been to in 17 years. Every inch of this place hasn’t been cleaned in years. Bathrooms look like haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Walk around and you will see what I mean. I only parked here because I had delivery in this town.

If you’re on your way to or from Uranus, looking to get some of that famous packed fudge, Big J is a convenient spot to gas up, grab a cuppa or maybe some 5AM chicken wings for your gullet. You can sleep in the parking lot or you can brush your teeth in the restroom. Heck, you can even take a sink shower if you’re feeling up to it like that one fella. Half & half machine was fresh out even though the staff were right there tidying up there area.

Nasty Parking lot truck stop award goes too this location. Box’s everywhere on the inside can’t even walk without bumping into something. Horrible water draining system. Only good thing was the parking lot size.

You must have absolutely lost your mind!! I'm in a paid spot standing in line solid 10 spots left open. While I'm standing in line to pay for my spot I'm already parked in the system goes down. Me and the drive that's next to me can't pay for our spots we both have card or cash but they can't pull up parking. I was told to come back in later 1hr later i walk back in and they tell me they can't sell me a spot they are all taken I have to move my truck 1hr 18min into my 10hr break. I can promise you an example will be made out of the situation if someone dare comes to the door of this truck!! 9:33pm June 21 2022!!!!!

Been here since 6/17. I don't complain often but the ladies room is severely dirty. The garbage can used for sanitary napkins have been overflowing since yesterday. It is now 6/18 24 hours later and still overflowing. Brought it to the attention of the women behind the register. No apology, just the excuse of no Maintenance currently. I'm sorry but there are two people behind the register, one can take 5 mins to go clean it.

Most Pilots have a separate area for RV's getting gasoline, not diesel. Not this one! Although the pumps are angled, the space between pumps is too small and the distance between the parking in front of the store and the pumps is too small. In short, if you are towing an RV, stop somewhere else.

Rating based on the RV gas pump. This station has an RV pump that makes it convenient to get gas or diesel for a tank in either side of your rig.

When paying for a Reserved parking spot.. the counter person went out if her way to make sure I knew thst We Truck Driver's don't pay enough to park here that this was not a truck stop any more.. and she didn't think we needed to be here... there was 9 of us in line and we all looked at each other like.. glad we are paying your pay check...

The worst messiest Pilot I've seen in a while. Water around toilets with fuzz growing out of it. No way your pant-legs will escape dry.
Out of coffee beans for iced coffee. No pre-mixed. No chilled non-dairy creamer.
No other state I visit is having such problems keeping stocked. Not even Missouri, who were notoriously slow starting-up after the Covid-fear pandemic

Fire the management immediately!!! Another Flying J with NO showers!!! How hard it is to keep a few showers open even if you do renovations!!! Lot of other things don’t work as well. Clown show!!! Shame on you Flying J!!!!
