I don't even want to give this pilot in caddo mills, tx 1 star. Since I have no choice. The worst shower experience I ever had. I could have taken a shower in the rain would have been better. The shower didn't even look like it was clean. There was no place to sit to get dressed except the toilet. There was no wash cloth to clean your body. I know that they are expensive to have. But the cost of the showers and you don't know what to expect till you get in the shower. I'm very disappointed in this pilot. I would rather go give my money to loves or the TA in rockwall. Before coming back here.

Very clean faculty, friendly faces. Diesel islands could use some polishing up and new scrubbies for the windshield would be nice with fresh soapy water. Truck drivers park where ever they want, even if they block you from manuevering around to get to scales.

Awesome, the place neat, the customer service VIP. The girls are 100 % in the job and so polite. The showers clean and hot water as heaven. Thank you very much.

I'm not a driver, but I hitchhike. Sometimesfrom truck stops. The issue is that some truck stops don't know the difference between a traveler and a panhandler. I NEVER ask people for money and NEVER harass customers or drivers. I always try to inform management of my situation and needs. Some places wont allow me to stay on the property. That was the case in all the truck stops and gas stations between here and Dallas. But the staff here were very understanding and friendly. Without judging me, they allowed me to sit out front with a sign saying where I'm going, use the clean restrooms whenever needed, provided coffee and food, and even emotional support and well-wishes. This means a lot to a hitchhiker.
