Very professional drivers who arrived both times exactly when we were told they would. They treated my vehicle well and explained what they were doing to protect it. Nobody *wants* to use a towing service but when you need it, Roberts Heavy Duty Towing is the only place to call in Central Kentucky.

Towed my vehicle from an area adjacent to my residence. Claimed they did not tow, I started a stolen vehicle report with the police then they called to say they had the vehicle. A lot of damage to my 100k vehicle, now they won't return my calls after I sent the driver manager my photos. Poorly run, no customer service and won't stand behind the damages. DO NOT Recommend this company formerly known as Bluegrass Towing to anyone. They are self insured so they can skirt any claims against them!

Called first thing on a Monday morning for a heavy tow from Nicholasville to North Lexington. Phone call answered immediately, easy to deal with and wrecker arrived in the shortest time they predicted. Driver was great to deal with and really couldn’t have asked for better. Price was fair and the interesting thing is while calling several shops to decide where to take it they all recommended Robert’s. 100% recommended, just hope I never need them again!

Would not recommend. My car was towed there after an accident. It was stolen from their lot then wrecked through their gate and taken on a drive by the thief. Ultimately, it was recovered but it was wrecked and totaled while stolen. I had to go back to the car and get my belongings between the time of my accident and before the theft. The office staff were nice, but the lot worker was really unhelpful. I had an entire trunk load of things I needed to put in my rental car, and they refused to let me bring the rental to the car. I offered to let them ride with me, and they still refused. I had to load my items in their suv and transport to my rental. The issue there was the vehicle was extremely dirty and dusty. It looked like it had been sitting in a gravel pit for years. I was so dirty on my black pants, I had to go home and change before I could go on with my afternoon. My items all had to be dusted off before I could put in the rental. After the theft, they refuse to give me their insurance information or police report number and have been completely uncooperative with my insurance company. Ky Farm Bureau has been a champ for dealing with them. I can not get the owner/manager to come to the phone. If he sees this, please reach out if that’s not your intention. They leave the keys in the vehicle on their lot. That seems very unsafe even behind a gate. They are a very expensive storage lot and they are not delivering service that matches their price. I would’ve expected them to keep my vehicle safe and secure. It was there for accident storage, not some other kind of police impound. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. Their negligence has cost me a lot of money. Even with a total loss deemed by my insurance, my down payment and added upgrades are lost.

We contacted them tow my car that was left in Lexington to Florence. Since they are understaffed they had to wait to the next morning since at night they can’t. Which is fine and I get. What I don’t get is them not mentioning they didn’t accept AMEX cards. I find this ridiculous. And was such an inconvenience for me bc I had to find someone else to cover my bill bc they weren’t taking my card. It’s 2023. Get updated.

Daughter's car was towed from Shilito Apartments. The receipt says "No Permit". The lady in the office said she saw the "picture and the whole sticker wasn't visible". The Manager said the sticker must be stuck to the windshield per the agreement with the apartment complex. The parking permit agreement from the apartment complex states "sticker must be posted in car". More than half the sticker was visible on her dashboard. The office lady made a derogatory statement about my daughter's body after my daughter walked out of the building and as I was waiting in the building waiting room. My daughter called to complain before we got to the office, so they were ready with their justifications on the car being towed. They abuse their power and you have to pay to get your car back.

My car was stolen and towed here. It took me so long to actually be able to see my vehicle to check if the damage was even worth getting out of tow, that it was easily over 1000 bucks to get out!! The other tow place in town gets you right in and helps with decisions to let you move on with your life a lot faster.

We had a ture blow out and needed to be towed from Lexington to Parks. The dispatch was very courtesy and said she would get tr next truck to us ASAP. 25 minutes later out vehicle was being loaded . The driver was so respectful and a pleasure to work with. I also found the price to be very reasonable. I would do business with again if needed and would and will recommend.

Awesome people. Curtis Kelley was a down to earth hard worker. Was in the truck with him for 6hrs getting towed home and we never quit laughing. Just down right awesome people. Will use again if need be

We had to drop our trailer in there lot while our truck was in the grague and they were nice enough to open the gate for us after hours.
