I highly recommend Santmyer Oil. I use the Ashland location for fuel oil delivery and am so impressed by how friendly, helpful, and efficient they are. I ordered through Dave, and Bob was our delivery person. They both went out of their way to get us the oil we needed. They really care about their customers. I have used different fuel companies over the past 4 decades. They definitely stand out as the best.

We switched to Santmyer last year for our farm fuel and gas. We have been happy with the service and the pricing. All the drivers that come to the farm have been super nice and knowledgeable and the equipment is spotless. We like that we get our invoices sent to our email and can pay on line or over the phone. We would recommend Santmyer to anyone.

We've been purchasing fuel oil from Santmyer for 6 years. They always make every effort to provide timely service. Most recently, our family got COVID and of course keeping an eye on our consumption was not at the top of the list... woke up this morning and our house was 56°... called shortly after 8am and they were able to make it here by 10:20am this morning! Always incredible service. Thank you, Santmyer!!

Tsk, tsk, tsk. Stealing money from a family and then not even caring enough to give it back when caught? You earn a 1 star because I can't take away any stars. Bottom line? Find another company to go with, cuz you don't want these people handling your money.

My parents had service from Santmeyer Oil for their home. They sold their house, and called Santmeyer WELL IN ADVANCE to not pull anymore auto payments out. The lady assured my mother that they wouldn't. Well, they did. My parents have been out of that house for a few months now, and had asked to cancel the auto payments months in advance of that. However payments were still taken. To the tune of over $600. Now every time my mother calls to inquire about her money, which she has done several times and was told the check was in the mail, they claim everyone is in a meeting. Every. Single. Time. How about y'all do the right thing and get in touch with me to work this out, or I guess I'll just have to come into the office myself to take care of it.
