Charged 475$ for 55 miles tow I would not recommend also the driver lost my keys and that’s unprofessional don’t do business with this company

Drivers are rude. Came through drive thru line cursing because it was past close and yelled at minors working in the store. Can't recommend using these people if that's how they act

Too bad I am not able to give this company 10 stars. They deserve it. I rented a vehicle from Budget car rental in northern Indiana. The vehicle had a strong cigarette smell. I took it because it was the only vehicle available and I needed to get started on my trip. Well, not only was the smell awful but they gave me a vehicle with a tag that expired in February of 2022, which had me being constantly stopped by police officers during my trip to southern Mississippi. I attempted to exchange this vehicle at a few locations including the Indianapolis international airport and the Louisville international airport with no luck at all. After what felt like a million calls to Budget through Costco where I rented through, and directly to Budget, I was finally told not to drive the car and a tow company would pick it up and also take me to the Budget airport location in Gulfport, MS. Solo's towing was the company sent to pick me up and the car. Brussels was my tow driver. He was very pleasant. He too was dealing along with his dispatcher with the Budget craziness of being told to take the vehicle to the Budget location in Kenner, LA and me to the location in Gulfport, MS. If this sounds crazy it is because it was. Then he was told to tell me that he had to drop me off at the location in Kenner. Well we already almost to the Gulfport location and he decided to stay en-route because that's what the text Budget sent to me said. Well, we arrived at the Gulfport airport location. This young man went the extra mile. He went inside the airport with me and made sure that I was given a vehicle. Drove me to the lot, made sure it didn't have an expired tag and all. The world needs more employees like this young man! I highly recommend this towing company. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

Very affordable, driver friendly , I would recommend them before calling any one else. I've used them 2 times within the month, and my 2nd time was just as satisfying as the first! 😃👍

Their ETA was perfect they were kind very professional and also crossed state lines and got us to our destination in an outstanding time frame a very big thanks to the drivers a solo towing service
