Late at night on one of the most desolate roads in the USA, our truck quit. Michael at Steele responded quickly, loaded us professionally, took our truck to a mechanic who he knew who could conduct repairs quickly. We were underway by noon the following day. Steele is a personable and first class operation!

Mike towed my Subaru hybrid on a flatbed from Moab Utah to Grand Junction Colorado on the day before NYE! Mike showed up earlier than expected, was kind, professional, efficient, & effective. He was exceptional, what a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Steele Towing again. Thank you, Mike!!!

While in Utah on our honeymoon, our Sprinter van that we rented had a complete engine failure on the highway while going up a long hill. It was an incredibly stressful situation. The van didn’t even make it to the full shoulder beside a cliff. Thankfully, Scott was able to tow us. We cannot even begin to articulate how amazing he is. He turned our stressful situation into a relaxed and fun adventure with what felt like a beautiful tour of parts of Utah we wouldn’t have seen otherwise on the way to the service station an hour away. He feels like a friend that cared about us (we consider him one now!) Going so far as dropping us off at a local cabin after dropping off our van at the service station we had secured and making sure we were OK and safe. TY, Scott!!

We were passing a Diesel 13 miles east of Green River
The diesel’s front fender broke off and flew into the passing lane. It was about half the size of a garbage can.
I had 3 choices go off the road into the median, hit the fender head on or hid the other diesel to my right. There was another diesel right behind me lucky the one beside me started to move over but I clipped the fender and blew my front tire. All this happened in about a second at 80 mph
Thanks Steele Wrecker and Scott we were hauled to GR and got a new tire.
God is good
Oh the car didn’t come with a spare

Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, knowledge and promptness of this service. Mike was incredible and friendly. They were able to tow our 04 sprinter van and deliver to our end destination. They responded quickly and helped when many other companies wouldn’t. I hope not to brake down again in the desert but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to these folks.
