Quite frankly, I used them on multiple occasions for 6 and 30 yard containers and everything has been straight forward from ordering, delivery and payment. The drivers who have delivered and serviced our containers have been very helpful and friendly. Matter of fact the Stranco driver that goes by our place still honks the horn and waves whenever he sees us.

Worst customer service ever. We have had problems from the beginning of getting their dumpster. Paid for a lock on our dumpster and the driver does not unlock the lid just bangs the lid until it breaks and a new lock is required. Numerous calls to office because they only dump half of the dumpster or don’t come at all. Spoke with Frank at the office today because they had not picked up this week and he basically said they had and I was wrong because their GPS said they were there for 1 minute. I explained it takes the driver longer than a minute to pick up the dumpster and dump the boxes because of how they are broken down and packed in tight. Basically called me a liar. Highly do not recommend Stranco and Frank.

Called to get price and availability for a roll off dumpster, the folks I spoke with were total jerks. I will not ever use or recommend them to anyone!

One of their drivers ran a stop sign on 437 just North of Blond causing me to have to take evasive action. It happened 2/12/18 around 11 am. In hindsight I should have hit the idiot and owned the company. I'm only posting this here because no one would answer the phone to take a complaint.
