Purchased two Bandag retreads for a trailer position. Paid my bill pulled away and parked and got out to look at em. Different sizes. I couldn’t believe it. Went back in and hauled the guy in charge out to see and he looked me square in the eye and said “they’re the same size tire sir”. Few months later and the outside taller tire has blown, and the inside tire is nearly destroyed. Any facility that willfully screws customers over in this fashion should be ashamed.

On a busy day TA/Loves had their hands full in back-to-back Service calls. By miracles they created. and managed a way to get to me asap, under 55mph we safely got back to the shop for service. Within 2hrs I was able to get back on the road. Oh yeah they say I caught and Alligator.

This is definitely a nice store. Much more upgraded from the other TA's and Petros I've been to. Cashiers very nice and store is very organized! Very clean and nice restrooms

On our trips we have been to several TA's and Petro's and their all been great. Clean restrooms for women, variety of snacks, truck accessories, the staff are friendly and helpful. Diesel and def are easily accessible, trash cans for trash. Some have yummy food prepared in coolers and some have hot food u just pick what u want.
