They are super responsive to take on your case and have you pay them ($249 in my situation), But be prepared to be on hold for up to 30 mins to speak to live rep. They lost my case but had the fine "reduced" to $227. I wrote out my entire defense. I was going 7 miles over speed limit because I had to choose to either pass a merging motorcyclist or slam on breaks (while downhill) and cause the person behind me to rear end my vehicle in which I had an infant and another person. I sent them detailed explanation and pictures. They were not able to get the point reduced from this conviction either. If I flat out payed the fine, I would've paid less for the exact same result. Terrible communication. On numerous occasions I've contacted them in an attempt to get case status with no success.

Ticket clinic lost my case. It was a simple case and they couldn't do anything. I'm a truck driver, I was passing trucks on a third lane up the grapevine I-5. My trailer was empty, I was driving 55mph when I saw to many trucks driving probably 25mph in first and second lane. That's why I made my mistake, I'm a new driver with one year of experience, I learned my lesson.

I would like to thank Mathew Garvey for actually calling me and speaking with me before he went to court. He also won👏🏾. I’ve had a few experiences with the Ticket Clinic and I just say they’re Awesome!! It’s fast and easy and it takes the stress off of you because once you call them, it’s in their hands and they keep you updated throughout the process. I would like to also thank Antonio Moore 👏🏾 who actually took on three of my cases. I only loss one, but that’s fine he actually did a wonderful job as well. I never got to speak with him, but that’s fine. Thank you Ticket Clinic for an Amazing team. I really appreciate it. Also, thank you to Darryl Barnes, Rachel Morales and Yasmeen Reyes 👏🏾 for handling my calls and helping as well through the process. 😃

I hadn’t had my drivers license in years, it was beginning to come up more and more in my job and I always had to be checking over my shoulder to make sure I didn’t get pulled over. Thanks to the ticket clinic I have my license back. After 5 years and they cleared up about 5k worth of tickets and got no points on my record. The cost of using the ticket clinic compared to the cost of paying the tickets directly was minuscule. I’m truly grateful to my lawyer and the team that took over my case. Today I have my class C, and my M1. Next is my class A. Which wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the ticket clinic. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. You truly took care off me as if I was your only client. I appreciate you all.

Excellent service. These guys were professional, prompt and more than anything got me off a red light camera fine in Beverly hills. These fines are expensive, but paying The Ticket Clinic was a lot cheaper. Plus, it disappears from your record like it never existed. Initially you call them, talk about the fine you need to get off. They get the facts, and assess your individual case. If they think they have a fighting chance of getting you off of it, they will invite you to use their services. After that its just a series of email updates until the court date.
