First thing is that the company does care about the drivers. There’s work if you’re really trying to work. I’ve been with the company for a few weeks and I don’t regret working here. I tried OTR but I’m a family oriented person. I like local work which at the moment they don’t have positions open for me. But overall dispatchers are professionals, another thing I encourage anyone to read the disclosures that they sign. They do have health insurance from day 1. Recruiters are easy to speak to. They always answer the phone. Another thing is that pay period starts on Wednesdays. TRUCKS ARE 100 percent ready for the road.

Resident gang for Z TRANSPORTATION INC
I worked for them for over 6yrs I earned good money and was home every weekend and drove very nice equipment and never had any problems but unfortunately terminated but Z Transportation is a very good company to drive for

This rating well probably be deleted shortly after posting! I worked for Z Trans for about 90 days and I've got to tell you that they look promising with top pay benefits and the such. My experience with this company was, to say the least, very disappointing! Most of my time was setting waiting on another load. I'm talking about setting for 23.5 hrs, 24 hrs and longer. And the kicker for you is when you've had enough and return the truck, get a rental car you will not be reimbursed for your expenses. Don't do it!

Been here about 6 months. Every company has their flaws. Things could always be better, but overall, Z Transportation good to work for. I can't complain. Pay is good. Great miles some weeks and good miles other weeks. No issues with dispatch, they allow me to run when I want and don't force me to run at night or during adverse weather conditions. I would recommend Z to other drivers

You can keep removing my review all you want. I have nothing but time to keep reposting. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away. They will try and screw you over anyway they can. Horrible experience!!!

Raz One for Z TRANSPORTATION INC
I make good money and I work Monday to Friday and off 2 nights a week. I drive a brand new Freightliner and my managers are the best I've had with any company I've been with. I will keep this post updated, but so far it has been the best.
