This guys are doing great job always. This time my 2018 trailer air bag was blown out, Jacobs covered my air bag under warranty and saved me almost $200. This is not about money this is how you deal with your regular customer. As of today we are happy with their service.

Went there to get my trailer fixed the service area was closed, went into the office and explained to Ernie Trujillo what the problem was with the Trailer and he went out of his way to help fix it. Thanks to Ernie we was able to make next pickup and continued on our way. I highly recommend this professional establishment to everyone. THEY ONLY SALE FOR CASH, NO LEASE NO RENT” They will promise everything but Nothing is same when you will arrive there, you can buy only cash, no lease no rent no financing. The trailer was 33900, on the phone they said if you put 3390$ down we will finance you and i arrived there and i tell them that i will put 20 000 down, not just 3390$ and they said sorry we can sell you the trailer only cash. So tell to the people that you don’t have lease or rent program , coz i was flying from Chicago to here and i’m going back. They are the only dealerships with so many flatbet reefer conestoga trailers at this hot market coz they don’t know how to sell

These guys are awesome! They were totally slammed when I brought in my brand new trailer with a door I had to hammer closed (pretty sure I just got out closed for the last time). They fit me in and fixed the door. Otherwise, would not have been able to pick up my next load. Great guys here.

They were closed but found out that they have after hours service. Had an issue that the nearby Love's could not fix (4 hours). Actually, they misdiagnosed the problem and still couldn't fix. Utility, after hours, fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Great job!

safe. Sent here after yesterday's delivery. We have a trailer I'm guessing had a Reefer problem, now they want it out of here. Guess what, I'm the guinea pig driver to get it.

Come here almost daily to pick up parts and other things for our shop and will continue to do so. Every employee I've dealt with here has been phenomenal, respectful and knowledgeable.

Don't do business with these crooks. They'll tell you something upfront and then tell you something else after you sign paperwork. There are better places within a half a mile radius.

an utility dealer in Sacramento CA and they do not have a Hendrickson Hubcap, Pro max/ only in Fresno Utility ,

Called emerg service i was 60 mi away with a refrigration problem. They said call back when your 10 mi away called back no answer parked in the middle of the street in front of there shop finally got thru said it would be ninety minutes to get there technician had to drive in from out of town.

Had a sensor go out in my refrigeration unit. They had somebody come out and fix it in 20 minutes. Is great service great people. And very fair price.

I purchased my 2022 utility step deck trailer here, My sales person was Patrick Canaday he took care of me from the time that I started to show interest into the trailer all the way up until after the sale Patrick continues to be an asset when I need help with some thing regarding trailers!
