In the Trailers section, you can add your trailers to the system to create trips in the future. In order to add a trailer to the system, you need to click on the button Add new trailer, the form for adding a trailer will open.

In order to add a trailer, it is enough to fill in the Nickname or ID field and click the Save button, however, if necessary, you can fill in additional information about the trailer.

The General information section contains basic information about the trailer, for example, after specifying the trailer code, you can try to find it in our database, and if it is found, the data about the trailer is pulled automatically.

Only the Nickname or ID field is mandatory, other fields are filled in as needed.

The Additional Information section contains additional information about the trailer, such as the status, owner, registration state of the trailer, you can also set up reminders, specify the price and date of purchase or sale of the trailer. The information in this section is indicated if necessary and is not mandatory.

In the Trailer Features section, you can specify trailer features such as type, width/length/height, door opening type.

You can also specify equipment attributes in the Equipment Attributes section

The information in these sections is not mandatory and is indicated only if necessary.

To view trailer information, you need to click on the trailer field, a window with detailed information will open.

Details - contains basic information about the trailer

Files - you can upload files to the trailer

Log - trailer activity history

Notes - you can leave a personal note

VIN - contains information on the VIN code of the trailer (if included in the database)

Safety - information on inspections and accidents, if they were added for this trailer in the Safety section

Timeline - history of all trailer locations

Maintenance - you can add information on the services that were carried out with this trailer, for this you need to click the Add maintenance button and fill in the appropriate fields in the form:

Vendor - select the vendor that serviced the trailer or check Self Service if the service was performed independently.

Date Of Service - date of service

Odometer - odometer indicator

Engine Miles - miles traveled by the engine

Service type - specify the type of service

Price - the cost of the work performed

Notes - you can leave a note if necessary
