Joe really took care of me for this load. I’m a novice when it comes to shipping anything out and with just basic information he was able to assist me and get my large shipment exactly where it needed to go. Can’t wait to use him again. Thanks!

I would not recommend this carrier to any Carrier that is looking to Haul for a Broker...They will get a bad experience...from A to Z....Unfortunately I have no positive things to say about this company...Kevin Tully would only Yield at you when you ask question about what they did you wrong and not paid what was agreed in a Rate Confirmation...They can hold your Truck stack on the road for 6 days and not paid not even closed to what a Truck deserves for diesel or drivers work. If there are good hearted Customers...they should think twice about using a Broker that treats small trucking companies like Kevin T and his team did to us.

Our company is a family owned business, similar to Action. Due to this pandemic, it has forced me to work from home. Since the schools are closed, I'm homeschooling a 13 and 6 year old. As well as taking care of a one year old. My office assistant is pregnant. She does our billing, I do dispatch. In light of the pandemic, I've taken over almost all of her duties too. The risk of exposure to her at this time, is to much. I was asked for a POD late Monday morning by a lady named Michelle. Despite my current work, and living situation, I overlooked getting a picture of the POD to her. I received a second call, that afternoon about the POD. I apologized for the delay, and assured the gentleman I spoke with, I would be invoicing and sending that shortly. About an hour later, my husband was able to relieve me, so I could go to the office and invoice. Minutes after sending the invoice, I received a call from the same gentleman about the POD. When I saw the number pop up, I assumed he had a question about the POD. Instead, he wanted to know where the invoice and POD were. I was slightly confused, and a little annoyed. I had just sent it. I told him to check his email, it should be there. He said it wasn't, and wanted to know where I sent it. told him I sent it the email that was listed as billing on my rate con. That wasn't the email he wanted it sent to. He wanted it sent to his, an email I didn't have listed at the time. He also wanted to know why I hadn't sent it to Michelle. Well I had just sent it to Jessica, the person listed as billing. I figured I'd give it a few, to call Michelle, and see if the information had been received. During all of this he didn't like my tone, and preceded to berate me. I never once raised my voice to him or spoke down to him. I guess my point is, we are all frustrated right now. We are all doing the best we can with what we have. None of us knows what each business is going through to survive right now. Try to be kinder, patienter, and a little more understanding of others. Zach, if you see this, I'm fine with you black listing me. There are so many companies, that have been willing to work with me. I'm truly sorry I slipped, and forgot to email Michelle this morning. We're coming off of a three day weekend, there was a lot to catch up with. I realize that's not your problem. However, if you're so quick to snap off at people, they won't want to work with you anyway. Maybe you were having a bad day. If that's the case, I truly hope your day got better. I am very pleased .This is the second time I used their service.It was very pleasant experience to deal with Ray .My truck was picked up on time driver was very helpful. And delivered on time promises kept ,overall I am very happy that I choose Action Heavy Haul .

Pursued by Ryan, for my business for almost a year, offered a competitive price, then backed out at the last minute after I cancelled with my standard driver. Left me scrambling. three days prior to pick up on time sensitive loads. Does not offer contracts stating "I live by my word" and then screws you over. Do nut trust them do not do business with this team I highly recommend against. Look at their reviewers if they only have 1 other review they are probably fake.

Easy to work with and excellent communication throughout the process. Amanda was spectacular and a true professional. Equipment delivered in perfect condition and on time. Looking forward to building a partnership and contracting Action Heavy Haul for additional loads in the future.
