7 months in to working with them and i have no big complaints. No company is perfect but Area does know how to treat their drivers. And they pay well i have absolutely no complaints about my checks. I wish i would of found this place years ago.. No forced dispatch and the driver has options on which direction they are going. And if by chance you go to a nightmare of a place and you politely tell your dispatcher you rather not go there again they will try they're damnedest not to send you there again.. Over all a great company
