A great company to work for They respect you and they do what they can for you. I really love the routes they have so far. I been working for them since June 5th and liking everything so far. I highly recommend joining Bay and bay.

Had a load (required tracking). we are doing weekly loads and we accept all kinds of tracking(honestly it's even better for me to not get any extra calls). But this people , pretending or "I don't know" like they sent the tracking request, but in fact driver never gets the request, I even gave my personal cell#, and no tracking request came. I communicated them - that we aren't getting the request, and we agreed when I provide the location update when they needed (and I did), but guess what- when I received the check- was short (can't post how much, but you all seen in their RC ). And I reached out asking, but looks like the person I booked the load- doesn't know how to send the request, but they wouldn't pay full invoiced amount. the whole conversation was so suspicious, that made me believe that they do this on purpose, just so they can pay you short. please keep in mind, that they may do that to you as well. And , on top of it, bad communication, in the night of the delivery - I couldn't find anyone to unload the trailer and I had only one cell# and email and they wouldn't answer, I had to deal myself the issues. It's a joke broker

I'm currently a driver for them on the lease purchase side. I broke down near Muncy pa and truck was goin to be down a few weeks. Monday rolls around and I have managers calling me trying to find a resolution for the issue. By Tuesday morning I have a uhaul, cleaning out my old truck and heading back to eagan to be put in another truck. They didn't have a truck available when I got there but they put me in a hotel and had a truck available the next day. I got into put everything in its place and got on the road a day later. Honestly this is the best company I have worked for. My dispatcher is amazing, saftey listens to my concerns and upper management is down to earth and willing to list. That i need to be home on certain days ( i go hn. Plus If I inform my dispatcher josh Newcomb, he gets me home. Every company has its ups and downs. But if you out your best efforts and do your job. You will not have any issues with this company. The owners goes over and beyond for the drivers, and staff.

I've been working in the Office as a Driver Manager here since the day I parked my truck. I will say this to anyone in the transportation industry all a round. It's a great place to work for. But, you'll only get out of it what you put in. Don't go there with the expectation of 5 star results if you yourself can not give 5 star work. That goes for all areas of employment. The Anderson's are a great family, very down to earth and appreciate the people that work hard for them. Keep the rubber down and the shiny up. P.S. Thank you to the drivers for doing what you do. We're all a team, stay strong and roll on.

My experience with Bay&Bay was nothing but fantastic. I really liked the family atmosphere and how you could walk into the office, both Bulk and Freight and talk to whoever you needed to, Dispatchers, Payroll, HR etc and they knew me on a 1st name basis. Bay&Bay gave me the opportunity to do some very unique and interesting things while I was there. On the Bulk side of the business, I got to dive in to running multiple different trailer types, which gave me some great experience. Their pay was competitive and I never had an issue with payroll. I was a company driver, but something that always stood out to me were the amount of Lease-Purchase guys who would actually finish/pay off their lease. You can tell from the veteran drivers and their longevity with the company, that Bay&Bay is doing something right!

I didn't like working with their dispatchers. Cheap freight and slow trucks with cameras on you while you drive. Made enough money to stay broke paying the truck note. Sat for hours waiting to load and unload. 6 months with them and went home 4 times. They suck.

Complete gentleman & ladies to work and run for. My DM Josh keeps me running & the 1 or 2 things I had an issue with were fixed immediately. The safety Dept is the bomb and they truly care about your well being. If you want to work hard, not go home every week & make money to send home to your family & live like a KING on the road, this is the place to haul freight for. Obviously not everyone can be made happy or communicates an issue to the right people. I would def recommend this place. If you need a job & are not a cry baby & want to put down miles. Contact Scott Glazier in recruiting & tell him Buckwild sent you. I will split the bonus with you. Have a Blessed Day.
