The Benjamin Goldman Law Office handled my NY state traffic ticket. During my first phone call Mr. Goldman himself evaluated my case and based on his extensive experience clearly explained what outcome to expect, what he would do, what I needed to do on my part and what it would cost me exactly. Clear and direct. No fine prints or hidden charges. I am very pleased with their services - they did everything they said they would do. The ticket was dismissed in its entirety. No points and no fine. Case was closed. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Goldman is the best attorney you can hire to fight your tickets. He is very prompt and has great communication. He was able to completely reduce two of the tickets I had. Further, for one ticket, when the court would only partially reduce the ticket, Mr. Goldman decided not to take the deal and rescheduled the court date for another date. I feel most attorneys would have taken this initial reduction and presented it to their client. Mr. Goldman went above and beyond to get this resolved.

As I wrote to Mr. Goldman: He did exactly what he said he would do, an increasingly rare event in today's world. He got my son's speeding ticket reduced to a no-points summons, and saved me from the pain that would have been inflicted on my insurance premiums, had this ticket hit the record of my 19 year-old son.

Received a ridiculous speeding ticket while driving in up state NY. As someone who lives out of state, I didn't even know how to read the ticket (it didn't even have a cost on it or a particular charge-- it said something about an accident which didn't occur). Benjamin Goldman Law Offices helped me out a lot. I got the ticket right before COVID and the pandemic hit (early January 2020). Although it took until April 2021 for the NY court to schedule a hearing and get this figured out, Benjamin Goldman only charged me once for handling the case and kept me updated over several months. They were able to get the ticket reduced to a parking ticket-- no points on license and nothing to show my insurance. Forever grateful for all their help and insight on this tricky situation.

After referring several clients to Benjamin Goldman, I ended up getting a speeding ticket myself. Not only did The Law Office of Benjamin Goldman litigate vigorously on my behalf, they made the process painless and fought for a very favorable settlement. If you have any traffic/speeding issue whatsoever and you do not retain Benjamin Goldman, you are doing yourself a great disservice.

On the way up to the Finger Lakes I received a speeding ticket for 92 in a 65. This was a $300+ fine and 6 points. I found Ben Goldman and saw all the great reviews. They do a money back guarantee AND if the ticket is reduced to a no point ticket, his office pays that out of their fee. No additionally fees needed. My ticket was completely dismissed!!!! Ben delivered big time. If you need to hire a lawyer I definitely recommend Ben Goldman.
