Loving this job. Everyone treats you good & you are guaranteed 2500 miles or more. They keep you running. & you can go home every week of you want but they won't promise weekends if you do that. Or you can go home every other week or more. Max days you can get off will be 4 days after 4 weeks on the road. You can be out more but unfortunately they will only allow 4 days. The only thing that isn't that great I will say the pay. You start off with .48 cents a mile but every 6 months you'll get a raise so that's good. A cent raise. I just love how everyone here treats you like family. Definitely a job worth taking.

Nice trucks, nice pay, laid back dispatchers, Horrible management and Horrible shop times. Plus they got little children employees that will report you to safety if you have a box on your passenger seat. I can't recommend this company over somewhere like werner or another big company. There's not enough good to justify switching from a place you're already mildly happy with. But all in all, its a solid 3 company.

I'm a new driver with this company trucks are really nice and clean the only down fall is the trucks only go 67 unless if you idle then they only go 65.
