Boss Truck Shop

I used this shop this past Friday when I was broken down with a bad starter. Mechanic Clayton came to the rescue, he had me up and running in less than 10 mins. I rode to the shop, which luckily was right across the road, where I was welcomed by a friendly professional Brittney. This is my first truck, so luckily the starter was under warranty; unfortunately we know the hoops and hurdles these warranty companies have you jump through. Brittney was professional and was able to process all the proper paperwork to make sure I was reimbursed from the warranty company. She didn’t have to go this above and beyond for a customer but she did. I was highly satisfied with the work Clayton preformed. I will highly recommend and will use this shop if I’m ever in the area again.

Got me in as soon as they could considering it being a "truck stop shop". Very professional crew, and fixed the issues on my semi as quickly as they could. I live in the area and will be taking my rig to them whenever I need any work done. They are definitely going to be my mechanic shop from now on. Thanks guy's, I do appreciate the work you did.

BE CAREFUL...BE CAREFUL.......At first you get the best treatment until your truck is fixed, then you will be dealing with a completely different people. They will try to get to the last dollar that is in your wallet and when you ask to speak to a manager thinking he will be on your side....that’s when the nightmare begins. Very poor management.

WARNING: do not use this place unless you're looking to be scammed. The manager was highly unprofessional and rude. Quick synopsis of what happened. I was given a price for parts and services. Turns out THEY ordered the wrong parts and when they finally got the correct replacement parts they tacked on an additional $550 dollars. When I asked why the price went up the manager responded “this is how much I’m going to charge you because I have kids to feed” and threatened to tow my truck and call the police. Mind you the new parts were only supposed to be an additional $50-100 but because of THEIR error, they decided to push it on me, the customer. When I asked to see the receipts he responded “I don't have to show you anything I can charge you however I want to charge you” and added that if I kept talking he would add more money to the bill. I have been driving trucks for over 15 years and have never experienced such a low level of professionalism and thievery.
