Virginia's Restaurant on King Street has really good food. Wait Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable about the dishes. You could swap out sides if you preferred a different one. Good Portion sizes and prices were neither low or high. Definitely suggest you eat Virginia's on 412 King Street. I promise you want be disappointed.

Lots of helpful materials and individuals! There are displays and historic items throughout the center. Additionally, they have a small but robust gift shop where you can purchase locally made items.

was my first visit there as a visitor. the place was nice & had lots of local free literature and the one man in the middle was very friendly & pleasant. recommended some good places we checked out. I would recommend going there if you are new to Charleston.

The renovation is complete and the visitor's center is a shining beacon 🚨 for Charleston guests! The miniature of Rainbow Row, the professional curators and the interactive video displays amongst so much more really demonstrate Southern hospitality at it's finest.

Jeff with Charlestons Finest picked us up at 10am at our hotel and took us to the visitors center to get tickets and at 1030am we promptly departed via bus and the narrated bus tour started.
Very informative tour and well worth the cost.
At the end of the tour,Jeff was kind enough to let us get off at the market instead of riding to the Visitors Center and then having to walk back to the market.
That is great customer service!!
