Don't get the fried catfish. Long thin strips with a tasteless batter wrapped an inch thick all around it. No corn meal just tasteless cooked flour . And I appreciate the attempt at fresh cut fries but they were all weirdly brown and soggy as a wet napkin. No crispness or flavor to the fries either.

I grew up in Copan. I went to school in Copan from K-12 — Class of 92. I grew up at the Truck Stop. You can imagine my disappointment when I visited today with my family and was told “you can’t bring your cup in here”. I have a YETI with Pepsi One I take everywhere because no one carries that flavor. Diet Pepsi tastes weird and Pepsi has too much sugar. I thought the waitress was kidding. She told me “no outside food or drinks. There’s a sign on the door”. So the Truck Stop would rather lose $70 from my lunch party than allow me to bring my own drink that they don’t even carry. I will never step foot back in the Truck Stop nor will any of my family. It’s too bad that this is Mrs Chaney’s legacy.

If your unloading at Walmart distribution, great little Truck Stop. There is parking and fuel is decent price.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Some good down home comfort foods and friendly staff. Fried livers, chicken strips, and chicken fried steak are some of our favorites. Their fries are one of our favorite sides. The giant cinnamon rolls are another must have!

Amazing fresh homemade food!!! Everything was fantastic. Pies are made homemade each morning and were really good. Friendly service. Plenty of room for truck parking. This is one of our new favorite restaurants now.

Great place to take kids. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great, prices were on point. I love how they have specials daily. Something for everyone. It is really handy having the gas station next door. They have chicken strips and other fried food over there that is tasty. You can call in and pick up orders really handy for busy families.

So I will admit I was kinda already going into this restaurant thinking it was going to be bad. I was soooo wrong. It was absolutely delicious and they serve breakfast all day. I will definitely be coming back.
