Unfortunately I needed the services of an attorney to help me with a speeding ticket. I'm writing to say that I would absolutely recommend the good folks at Cotten Law Firm. The price to resolve this was very affordable and most importantly, I made one phone call and several weeks later (on my court date), I received an email confirming all had been taken care of for me - no insurance points!! In today's world, I don't often see this level of customer service. So great value and very professional and pleasant staff!

I have only good things to say about Cotten Law. I found them on just a google search and noticed they were close to home with great reviews already. I chose them to handle both of my cases which caused some confusion, but Cotten Law helped sort it out and looked out for my best interest. And even better, the cost of it all didn't break my bank! I am really appreciative of their help and hopefully will not need services again anytime soon. I highly recommend Cotten Law for your attorney needs. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

My daughter received a speeding ticket in Johnston County NC. The court is a 4 hour drive from our home in South Carolina. I was planning on attending the court date with her but unfortunately, just 3 days before the court date, I had a conflict and could not make it. With no time really available, I checked Google reviews for someone to address the case in our absence. To be honest, I thought the reviews for Cotten Law Firm were almost too good! As I was short on time, I called them. The person answering the phone (Claire I think) was very professional and helpful. She assured us that they would represent us and let us know the results asap. I went ahead and contracted with the Cotten Law Firm and I am glad I did. They represented our case, reduced the infraction significantly and informed me of the results the same day. Cannot say enough about the service that I received. Recently moved to North Carolina, so I’m not as familiar to the areas around here. I was in a 70 mph zone when it went to 55 mph. My good luck streak ended and I was clocked going 76. I never had been in any sort of trouble in my 31 years of life, so naturally I panicked. When I did some research, the first law firm they came up was Cotten Law. I did extensive research and decided to give them a call. Ashley was very nice and answered all of my questions on the initial phone call that lasted 5 minutes. Everything was simple and you didn’t have to go to the office. I simply paid my attorney fee and Jeremy represented me in court. He got me down to a 64/55, which ended in no increased insurance rates or points on my license. I am forever grateful to the services that were provided and would recommend anyone to go to this firm if they would happen to encounter some unfortunate traffic citation. Thanks again!

Cotton Law Firm is affordable!!! The whole staff went above and beyond what I expected!! They have tried and true strategies, and I will always be thankful for ensuring I would not accumulate anymore points! One of the things I was most impressed with is the fact that actually answered my questions at 3:00 in the morning. It was a little shocking that I was able to reach a live person and not an automated computer system that early!!! I could tell how they truly care about helping people!!! I normally do not fill out surveys but in this case I feel obligated to provide this review. My experience with Jeremy was very good. My son received a ticket that could have resulted in him losing his license. I had a ten minute call with Jeremy, paid him online and had my son take an online course. Jeremy was able to get the ticket reduced with no impact to my insurance. He provided an update on the court date without me asking. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend his services.
