I called to get information about the school, class A. First off, I called get no answer as soon as I hang up, they call right back. Older man, sounds foreign, asks how can he help me. I proceed that I would like information about the school and get my class A he says whatcha wanna know rude like. So, throw all my questions at him which should be information given when I said why I was calling. He asks if I'm calling for myself, doesn't matter I just want information but i say yes.. Then asks where I live, now I'm looking sideways, I say I'm in GA. Irritated he says where. I said I'm in the area I wouldn't have called your school if I wasn't close...he hangs up on me. I agree with the other reviews stating he's rude. There's no need to be. You are a business offering a service, if you don't know how to be professional hire someone who can. If you don't want or know how to deal with people close your business!!!

Can't wait to get it done

The receptionist needs to be fired ASAP. It was an older man. He lost me over the phone. He was so rude throughout the entire conversation.I just asked him a simple question which was do you need a permit to be in the school? Because I don’t have my permit right now so I thought the school teach you how to pass the test. He responds with a rude remark You should of had your permit five years ago. I immediately hung up .

This class A training is mediocre at best. Class room training was boring and information is out of date and book he uses is 8 years old. His trucks are beat up and range training is okay. He explains how to do stuff but then just sits there and won't help you anymore. You'll have a lot of half days even though you're suppose to get 161 hours of training mandated by the state YOU WONT. Makes you sign a crazy contract that pretty much gives him any reason to kick you out of class. And if you can't pick up how to do skills through his minimal training efforts he'll boot you from the program with no refund. Class is OVER priced for the training you'll receive. Should be only 1500 instead of 4500. The last 10 or so people have failed the first time and only 3 or 4 of us have received our CDLs. And DDS will tell you everyone fails their first time through his class By the way I have my CDL just thought people should know not to waste there money or time.
