I've reserved parking earlier figured I will have a spot when I get there. Me and my husband arrive there around 4am. We talk to Willie and he explains that he couldn't go outside to move trucks. He made sure we was parked for the night. Clean, Fast, & friendly services. We will visit this truck stop again..

No Hot Water for showers..... Super slow fuel pumps was there an hour waiting all the pumps are so slow Maybe the filters are not being changed. Trucks were lined out to the road. Managers said it's not their fault but maintenance issues

Do NOT pay for reserve parking. They will not make anyone move AND you get to save $20. They don’t want to do their jobs? Cool, then let Pilot lose the hundreds of dollars per week they make off parking. Hopefully the entire crew will just get fired eventually. Except the shower guys, they actually do their jobs.

Cashier was very rude. Told her we were going to Illinois and in a sarcastic tune voice she tells my husband "good luck with that". I thought that was really rude of her. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Other then that the women's restroom was clean.

Three ladies at the cash registers just refused to serve me minutes ago.... it's over my communicating with a certain foreign government (an ally of the U.S.) about my former professor in Virginia for a potential defense project and Washington, D.C. that I got into trucking for. To Jews and Christians: These women refuse to serve me to help their friends at Swift Transportation and U.S. Xpress keep me out of trucking, thereby keeping me away from my former professor. I started scouting out certain professors about a decade ago for when we need them...

The employees act like they’re just there to collect a welfare check from this establishment

What do you call it when you charge somebody for a service you have no intention of giving them in the first place?They refused to honor my Prime Parking when I got here after I had paid for it earlier in the day. I have been told that the people working there are told not to go out after dark to move people out of Prime Parking who have not paid because it is too dangerous. I am out of hours and no place to go. I called corporate and was told they can do nothing about it except refund my money. The guy at corporate could not even get his own supervisor on the phone for me to speak with. Everyone involved kept telling me that they "understood, but there was nothing they could do about it." You're a driver. You tell me... Do they "understand?" Flying J ripped me off with purpose. No intent of ever honoring their word to me on this. We feed our families with the money we make out here and cannot afford to be forced into breaking federal regulations by people who are only seeking the easy way to make a buck. Get that one? Guaranteed a place to park my a@!. P.S. I've been paying over a thousand dollars a year for Prime Parking for nine years now out here.

Good flying j it is a life saver... Hard to find a truck stop on this side of Oklahoma so indeed very much appreciated. Very clean and organized has a Dennys in it and opened 24hrs.

I went in the store yesterday for a pop and something to eat. Pauletta the lady that checked me out was very rude. Not only to me but a customer in front of me as well as one of the employees not long after I walked in. After that cashier Jessica was being so nice and sweet I should have went to her counter for a little better service instead of the one I went to. I have no idea why that Pauletta employee is still employed I guess you hire rude employees? Give that cashier Jessica a pat on the back for her excellent customer service!

Omg the staff at the flying J was amazing. The showers are clean and water hot. The Denny’s waitress and cooks are nice and food is hot and good. I tip my hat to Jessica who is a waitress there. Thank u for being an angel. I will definitely be back to visit ..

Waitress was Jessica. She is on top of her game. Fast, professional, pleasant... food was good. Pancakes almost as soft and fluffy as mine hahaha. Every one was friendly Steak cooked perfect. Good food, great service. Glad we stopped here. I would tell you different if it was.

The bathroom is a little bit small for such a busy place. The workers were very friendly and nice here. There is a Denny's attached to this Flying J.... They also have a hot food section in the truck stop.
