We were here on 7/27/22 at around 11:00pm to 12:00pm. This is an old Flying J, the parking lot is a cluster f#@k at night. The store is ok, Arby's closes before midnight. The reason for the 4 star rating is the cashier and security guard were friendly and helpful. We reserved a spot and didn't arrive until 23:00. Of course drivers that didn't pay for parking were parked in the reserved leaving no spots anywhere. Both the cashier and especially the security guard worked to get drivers that didn't pay moved so that we could get our spot. We really appreciated their help. Thanks so much

Pilot has been going down hill for some time now. However this was buy far the worst. Stopped so my wife and I could use the bathroom and get something to drink. The women's restroom smelled horrible of Vomit. Out of the 5 stalls one one stall was clean enough for use. The men's restroom was so horrible, it smelled of raw sewage, and I feel bad for any gentleman that may need to actually use the stall. After what I witnessed at this location I would feel safer using one of the trash can in the parking lot. It was such a disappointment that we decided not to even get anything to drink.

Store 🏬 and everything with that is great but as far as parking and showers….. hurry up and wait. That’s all I got…. Oh and some pics 🤪

Filthy bathrooms, one of the locks in the mens bathroom is completely broken off on the inside. At 2120 someone came knocking on my door, asked me to pay for parking. It’s not even marked “Reserved” or I wouldn’t have parked here. I’m out of hours now and can’t move, besides that I paid $880 to fuel here and bought a $400. Dollar GPS that ought be enough to park for a few hours until tomorrow morning. Sorry but I’m not moving. You really need to repaint the reserved parking spots and have security stop folks from parking if they are not clearly marked. Put up a sign that says all parking has been reserved.

One of the best! Manager on top of things. Prime parking was full and had staff move non-paying trucks move. Staff very friendly and store was extremely clean. Recommended
