Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Augusta

The room needed some work. I call the front desk about problems in the room and no one bother to come and check. Some of the clerks at the desk spent more time entertaining people outside than dealing with the customer. Lots of strange people hanging around the area.

WINGATE BY WYNDHAM WASHINGTON ROAD AUGUSTA GA....I use to work for them and got all my money took because I quit I need some help May you please give me Corporate Number... From my understanding, they have to follow your rules and regulations to be up under WYNDHAM This is what MR.SUNNY GM Sabrina texted me one day👇🏾 New I 9 and w4 will be filled out for 2021. I never said that you didn’t get paid for the time you worked SUNNY did. On top of the paper there is a time it SHOULD take to complete the task given. He pulls the paper and if you are over it then I get a call and if there is no reason other than. You guys just took your time HE does. Contrary to popular belief I don’t adjust your time. It goes to SUNNY after I print it out. So your frustration and all that is misdirected at the wrong person. But don’t you worry. Things are changing and will continue to change. You have no idea what you are speaking on. I fight for you guys DAILY when I am in the building and not in the building. I said that to say this, like Rita and Sunny says but I don’t say it to y’all because I choose not to. You don’t want to do the job then don’t. There are other people that want to work. I’m no longer going to censor what they say. That’s that. Do they want to see y’all go, absolutely not but they are not going to do anything but have me replace the ones that leave. Not attempting to be smart or negative but that’s what it is

Very clean. Staff is pleasant and personable. The rooms are very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much

Time changes places fast. Used to be so beautiful. It's been taken over. Staff was very nice. Pics are our rooms upon arrival.

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for a colleague for a short business trip in town. Hotel is filthy, rundown, mold infested with dirty carpets and torn window blinds in the room and a filthy odor. Ray the front desk manager is unfit to work in any professional environment that involves customer service or interaction with the public. Will be reaching out directly to management at Wyndham to inform them about his practices, attitude and sentiment towards guests. We have booked countless hotels at similar price points nationwide but have never encountered Rays level of unprofessionalism. Regardless of your budget I would suggest to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great rooms. Was really warm at first,but cooled down. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Mr. Patel was helpful,the suites are awesome,kitchen,bathroom,private bed room and living area both with TVs. Highly recommend

This hotel is great. The rate is great. They appreciate the military and give you up front pricing.

Everything was good except for the guy working the front desk. I wish I got his name. He was very aggressive and put words in my mouth as we were asking about prices. I'd recommend staying at Howard Johnson. Much nicer management, and cheaper price.
