Days Inn by Wyndham Tulsa Central

Not fancy, but the customer service there is great, and very kind-hearted. I've stayed there 4 times and never had a problem. Not the best area, I will still go back

Sheets were stained. Bathrooms were still a lilltle dirt and rusty. The phone was either not plugged in or didn't work. The curtains were dirty. The beds and pillow were comfortable. The pool was right in front of our window. We had an icebox, microwave and TV in the room. Vending machines and ice were right down the hall. They had free breakfast that I didn't get to try. Some other hotels couldn't check us in until 3 and they could check us in upon the time of arrival. Some others either didn't have ice in the whole hotel, or a microwaves and one only had a full size bed and 2 of them their electricity kept turning off and back on.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. We were originally going to be in room 103 but she wanted to change that as it had "issues". So then 105. Then no 327. So we headed for 327. Door wouldn't open. I went back downstairs leaving my wife to guard our stuff. So now 317. However, no number on the wall so I took a chance. Had 2 keys 1 didn't work. Opened the door, reached in to hit the light switch. No lights. Had her hold the door so I could see to reach the bathroom light. Unit was set at 61 degrees in the room. Felt like 40. Never got it to a comfortable temperature all night and no comforter on the bed. 2 sheets and a thin blanket. Place is old. Mostly well maintained but kinda worn out in spots. Tub and carpet stained. Closet door mirrors both cracked. Towel holder pulling loose from the wall. Water in sink was stuck on hot. Very hot. Trying to adjust it resulted in water all over the counter top from leakage at the swivel. Ing bed was comfortable and had 4 half & 1 full size pillow. Grounds looked well kept. In their defense it had been an extremely busy weekend. Everyone in town was booked up by multiple events including PGA. I'd not care as much if I'd had only paid around $75 but $112 was excessive for what we got. Oh and the room 103 issue. Though we inquired the lady that checked us in and the one that checked us out the next morning both avoided the question.

This place needs a remodel. The A/C in the hall wasn’t working, our key didn’t work and it took several trips down to the desk before it would work. On the plus side, the desk personnel persevered until it was taken care of. The room was comfortable but very worn and several items needed replacement. The gal that checked us in (and out in the morning as well!) was very nice.

Recently I had a lovely stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Tulsa Central. After having long days at the hospital with my mother-in-law, the manager, Lanette, along with her staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I especially enjoyed the Tempur-Pedic bed. The room was clean and well kept. I would recommend this place and would stay there again when in Tulsa.

Lynette, the manager was the best, we got a Wyndham upgrade, a early check in, breakfast was hot a great. The rooms are clean and beds are soft. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Called at 2:30 am to ask to use the atm while staying at another hotel down the street. Woman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. I am grateful for their service. W. Lutz US Navy Retired

I have to say, I was quite uncomfortable. The staff was fantastic. Beds were quite hard. Room was so humid it was unbearable. The air conditioner wouldn't turn off, so I had to crank it so low that it would take the humidity out of the room, but I froze in the process. The shower curtain was roughly 2 foot shorter in width, so water splashed onto the floor. The TV channels barely worked, mostly just no signal. The sink didn't drain... There were so many things, I was just unhappy with my visit. The staff was great, and the free breakfast was alright.

The staff were all very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods. They weren't busy and let us check out late, and opened the pool early so my granddaughters could swim the morning we checked out. It was over all a good experience, would recommend this hotel.

The manager, Lynette, is about the kindest person my wife and I have ever met! She realized by trying to do a kindness for someone, we became without a place to call home. She went above and beyond to keep a roof over our head. She has wowith us every step of the way and is wonderful!!
