Typical bait and switch. If you have been in this industry more then a few years you have seen it before. They tell you when you will get home, promise you a good CPM, good miles ect. Then once your in the door they tell you “well actually we can’t promise you…” sigh 😔… after 25 years trucking, I’m tired of Recruiters lying to me. Don’t stand for it there are to many good companies out there to allow trucking companies lie to you.

Great company training. 🤦‍♂️ steering wheel holder that has no courtesy for other drivers and take up 2 spaces. Road ranger in Hampshire Illinois outside Chicago where parking is hard to find. Makes the company look bad.

I quit after 6 months. They don't care about their employees. If you aren't perfect you are a problem and they will reduce your pay until you have no choice but to quit.

I met with a few drivers today to ask them about this company. I get one story from both drivers and a different story from the recruiter. The drivers here love the company I guess the recruiters don't half know what's going on. It appears to me to be that way. I was excited about a big company and being so close to home... we throw that out the window. SMH

unprofressional and by that I also mean incompetent and not ready for the big game. I booked a load with one of the dispatchers then spoke with her again after I sent her the rate con she gave me driver name an trailer/truck#. And said the driver would give ,e a call bnut 14 hours later a miossed pick up 6 emails 5VMs calls you name it nobody answer. I AM RUNNING DIRECT FOR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY SUPPLYING FOODS FOR EVERYONE WITH EVERYTHNG GOING ON HAVE SOME FREAKING INTEGRITY AND RESPECT OR GET OFF THE DAMN FIELD!!!!

I have been with Lawrence for 9 months....they are not PERFECT but who is.... For a very small personable company you WILL get the miles....if you want to run hard they will run you....if you need to be closer to home with home time every 10-14 days you have it....you have guaranteed salary every week plus mileage, paid holidays, safety bonus paid right before Christmas.... But mist of all!!!! Everyone is on a first name bases...
