Just looking to give a huge shoutout to McGrew Equipment Company for outstanding customer service . I’m not just talking about doing what they need to do, I’m talking about going above and beyond time and time again to make sure their customers get what they pay for. Every company needs to turn profit to survive but it’s very clear that keeping their customers happy and looking out for them is their top priority. So if anyone is looking for heavy equipment , hit them up! Seven Valleys , Pa Legitimately “Auctions Done Right” They very easily could of left me stranded on a deal that was made, but insisted on making sure I was taken care of.

This is my first time auction for an expensive equipment. Everything went smoothly. I picked up on site with a U-Haul truck. The crew helped me tried,started machine and loaded into the truck. Andrew was the guy helped me constantly, how glad I am experiencing McGrew grows with great employees. I met several other gentlemen and office ladies, who served me really well. I would really happy to recommend my friends to own some big equipment from the awesome auction company.

I had been watching the auction for a couple weeks and couldn't buy anything but finally was able to purchase and Excavator! It is a very nice machine! The main thing I noticed over the couple weeks I watched was that almost everything was sold with no reserve which is really nice as a buyer! Invoice # 31746
