If you want to smell weed the whole time, stay here. People were nice but this is NOT somewhere I would stay again and would not recommend. Rooms had several layers of dirt on appliances and dirt ring around the bathtub. Way over priced for the amenities. Unable to cancel upon arrival or I would have.

I had stayed here years ago during trip. Great service at a reasonable rate. So, when I was visiting Hoover again for this year I decided to stop here again. It was not the same experience as last time. I put in a request for a higher floor, they placed me on the first level. This happening even though it didn’t seem like they were filled. Besides that, the bathroom tub was a bit dirty. Tv remote control had some red food marks on the bottom side of it. Room window blocked by shrubs so no way to clearly see outside. AC was a bit filled with dirt. The people behind the front seat were courteous and helpful, but the experience simply wasn’t the same as before.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY!! This is THE worst hotel I have ever booked. The room was so filthy and unsanitary!!! The front desk has lack of communication and is not helpful at all. We were told to call Hotels.com to get our refund - since we booked from there. Hotels.com stated the hotel denied to refund us. I called the front desk back to have verification on why they declined to refund us; she rudely stated she never said we would ever be refunded. I do not wish for anyone to encounter the experience we had. I repeat…DO NOT STAY!!!

Good location. Room ok, a little shabby, but has nice beds, a fridge and a microwave, and small but good quality TV. It's the little things that show neglect: broken alarm clock; cover coming off TV remote. We were awaken twice during the night by car alarms going off under our windows, so it might not be as safe an area as we thought. Breakfast was pitiful compared to the other Microtel location we stayed in two nights earlier. Even though I know that Microtel hotels are individually owned and quality may vary, it was still a disappointment.

We got there at 9am and was told check in was at 3pm. I asked why and they said all rooms were booked but then said they could find us a room for $50 fee. If you are expecting breakfast, DON'T. I had to ask for food both days we were there. The attendant saw us and knew there was no hot breakfast and still waited for us to ask. Bathroom sink drained very very slow. Bad experience all around and we will never stay there ever again.

I love this place young lady at the front desk in amazing she is so very helpful.. breakfast is always great always smells good and just a wonderful place to be able to relax when needed .. beautiful area as well.. 😻

The WORST place to ever stay at. Horrible service and very disrespectful. Hidden fees they do not mention until checkout. Nasty rooms with a none working shower. If your one minute late past checkout time, they will pound and kick on the door for you to leave. I highly recommend you stay ANYWHERE else but here. The worst hotel and hotel service in the U.S. in my opinion for these reasons and many more.

Very nice. In a great location close to shopping, dinning, theaters and major highways. Very clean and quiet. The rooms are small (Micro) but very well designed an comfortable.

Good place to rest if you are on the road for reasonable price!
We got a good rate for the room by calling them rather than booking online. The hotel is good for the price with well kept rooms.Price include wifi and breakfast. Hotel is located about a mile away from the interstate and hidden from the plain view due to it's location. My only complain was they keep the AC off and when we got into our room, it was around 90 deg. It took about a hour to cool the room to about 80 deg. Other than this I have no complains and I recommend this hotel.
